Earth is flat and earth round, we hear a lot of debate about it. There are those who believe in the round and some are convinced flat. In order to avoid a rampage it would be better to appreciate the belief of each believer with one of these things. Because round and flat we both stand on the same earth.

I agree with you. Because cigarettes are the source of all illnesses, how many deaths a day are caused by cigarettes. Say no to cigarettes more say no to drugs.

My own version of money-saving tips is to cut down on unnecessary spending, setting up a monthly spending restriction pattern. and make monthly financial restrictions. Thus my monthly spending money will be controlled.

I overthink all the time, and I notice no negative side effects from it other than not being able to fall asleep easily. Quite on the contrary, I'd say the net effect is overwhelmingly positive.

Your problem seems to be a lack of focus and its resulting compulsion. If you want to practice focus you can just try to pay attention to your breath and increase the duration of that exercise over time, or practice calculations or other short-term memory tasks in your head.

Write something you're thinking about
If only you think about it, the mind will become more numerous. So what's wrong with trying to write everything you have in your mind into a piece of paper. It will help you a lot and lighten the burden of your mind. By writing your problem or what step you will take, who knows you will find the solution or choice you will take. Writing your every thought before you sleep is probably a good idea. It can also make you sleep more soundly.

Friendship is tied by itself. If you have lots in common it occurs by itself, but if your interests don't match what you would not do friendship is not. Listen sincerely. When was the last time someone stared into your eyes, smiled, and asked how you were doing and "meant it" while doing it? A genuine listener is hard to find, especially nowadays when everyone's eyes are fixated on their phone. When someone speaks, give your attention to them. They will feel it and appreciate it.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Weight loss programs can be done by regular exercise such as walking, aerobic exercise and jogging. But this is certainly true for a lot of time, whereas for those who do not have the exact time it is very difficult to do this. For those who have less spare time to do the sport of course there are other ways that can be done that is a lot of motion.

my plans in the future want to be a soldier. because of that my ideals in childhood. and I want to be a good leader and can be examples of others.
