I accidentally included very low fees in my transaction from my blockchain.info wallet and the transaction have been stuck for more than 2 weeks.

If you could please help me out, I'd be really grateful to you. I contacted blockchain.info but they said that they can't help me. They even denied sending duplicate Tx with a higher fee.
