2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Profitability of Trading Bots on: January 03, 2020, 11:17:34 AM
I am curious if people have had success with trading bots in cryptocurrency.

I have recently set up a bot and have been astounded by the operability of it. It's actually working lol.
Well, if you have also had luck or interesting experiences with trading bots let me know =]. Cheers
The bot trading is really good, but it's up to the person who set it. in it, I only believe in bots of mutual funds. they summon PhD maths and numbers people to program a bot that can't be beat. Mr. Foundation's fund Thorp has actually grown thanks to their bot. As for the bots that are widely sold in the crypto market, I do not believe, these are all liars.
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Reasons for traders to look at! on: January 03, 2020, 11:02:18 AM
When we talk about trading whether it’s Forex or Crypto, there are some very common reasons why people tend to struggle.

So that’s take a quick look at what those reasons could possibly be at https://www.qatarday.com/blog/information/4-reasons-why-youre-not-making-money-with-your-forex-trades/69233

Although, this is not going to turn you into a professional overnight, but strictly following these are ways you could begin the long journey to the destination you want to reach.
I am quite grateful to you for sharing useful knowledge to our forum but these theories are a lot on the pages displayed at Google. I have read dozens of basic trading guide pages for newbies but I still lose money when practicing with my real money. So I want the fifth advice that you should practice as soon as you learn any lesson. Only experience can make a real good trader.
4  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Pressured by Apple, Coinbase to Remove iOS dApp Support on: January 03, 2020, 10:47:22 AM

Looks like Apple isn't ready yet to embrace decentralization, blockchain and cryptocurrency as Coinbase was forced to remove it's app. I am pretty sure that if Apple doesn't embrace decentralization in open arms, they would be left behind like Nokia, Motorola and Blackberry later on.

I'm just pretty sure that Steve Jobs from heaven won't approve Apple's recent decision to remove decentralized apps like Coinbase. They would regret later on like Wikipedia did years ago by removing Bitcoin from their pages. In the end, they embraced it and started to accept Bitcoin donations.

One day, Apple would realize that they need to shift into decentralization later on if they want to keep up with the trend. Not just fancy phones.
I personally think they're doing it right. They are only concerned for the security of the system they have built over the years. Coinbase is a very large and convenient wallet application, but no one is sure about its security. So getting rid of is also a good idea, sometimes selfish will bring a safety for a large business.

6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to buy 1 bitcoin on: December 09, 2019, 11:26:12 PM
So I own $1000 in bitcoin but I want to invest the remaining amount to accumulate a whole bitcoin.  The prices fluctuates every second so how can I do this on coinbase?  I believe this is called a market buy order and I've looked at the steps on how to do this but I think they're outdated or wrong.
Your thoughts seem to be moving towards trading and I highly recommend not trying. Because when trading, you have to pay a fee when you order. Besides, if you are lucky, you will gain a few units, but if unlucky, you will lose a few units and lose extra fees. To be able to trade, you need to learn a lot from trading books.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where/how do you make TA? on: December 09, 2019, 11:20:07 PM
Hey chart brothers! Interested in how you make your TA?
Do you use tools or any indicators as guidelines etc?
Thanks, wish you a good trade.
The first step is to spend a lot of time reading and understanding the market situation. Once we understand the market, we will learn more about TA, which are quite understandable models, indicators and price action methods. Then I started to be able to make some lines that I understood about the chart and things gradually improved as I practiced. done. Nothing too different and strange.

I often see people using tradingview for analysis or for the most convenience, you can use Binance and link with tradingview to be able to order the most accurate order. I only use PA method and trendlines to start trading and my winning rate is quite high when I know good capital management. Sometimes indicators or your understanding of charts will not make you money, except that you know how to manage capital well.
9  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which books have you read on: December 09, 2019, 12:54:05 PM

I wrote this topic because I see many newbies and intermediate traders who have lost money and seeking for help , I think reading books is only way to gain knowledge and help yourself, don't go behind course and tips and waste your time and money , books are available for free just read and implement which Is what i did

which books have you read , how it is helping you
I don't read too many books like you, but I practice more. I often go to small spots to practice practicing chart analysis and use demo accounts to open orders with my new strategies. Later, I recorded it in a book of those transactions and why I lost or why I won. That's one of the most effective ways I've ever done. Reading too much will not bring much good results in the transaction.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if you have 1 btc what would be the coin that you buy and hold ? on: December 08, 2019, 08:07:43 AM
if you have 1 btc.... give us the strong coin that you will invest in and hold it and why
I will still keep 1 BTC: D this is my true confession, one of the people who used to hallucinate alts a lot and lost 30% to my porfolio. I learned from experience that I should just follow the trend and the crowd always wins. Now the crowd is buying bitcoin a lot and the future is likely to be very high. That's why I want to be one of those people to make a profit.
11  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Kraken better than Coinbase Now? on: December 08, 2019, 07:50:13 AM
Hi Everyone!

I hope you're having a great week. I wanted to get your opinion on Kraken vs Coinbase. What exchange do you think is better? Which exchange do you like more for trading and buying crypto?

I wrote my thoughts on Kraken here.

I also wrote an article on Coinbase Pro here.

Would love to hear your thoughts and see how they compare to mine!

Looking forward to chatting with everyone!
It depends on each person's experience. I have tried Kraken and I feel it is not as good as Coinbase. Coinbase is based in the US and officially licensed by the government and that makes a lot of sense. This makes me feel safe sending money at this exchange and in addition they have a great wallet system. Good security, extremely low transaction fees and very fast transactions.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull run is delayed! Halving not helping! Bear go away on: December 08, 2019, 07:40:48 AM
So bull run supposto be on but its not!
If december the bull run Will not start then january just Before taxes its hard to belive that bull run Will start.... Usually january is very bearish.

And halving not helping either.

The crypto bull run is delayed anyone knows when the bull run Will start the fed printed More money what More we need?
This new money should be invested all ready to make crypto market go up!

WHO brought the bears??  We need bulls asap
You are too in a hurry to think and you are not seeing the long-term future. No one would be foolish to buy Bitcoin at a high price from now on while the halving event is more than 6 months away. it all takes time and we should follow the flow of the crowd, never try to fight it. If bitcoin's price is not flying now, meaning that people still want to buy it as cheaply as possible, they don't believe that bitcoin can increase sharply now. so we don't need to be in a hurry. Patience will make us rich.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shill Me Your Altcoins on: December 06, 2019, 04:54:28 AM
Shill me your altcoins and tell me why they're not a shitcoin and why anyone should buy them Roll Eyes
I can confirm that BTC2 is not a shitcoin. A lot of people think it's a scam but I don't think so. Its PoS system is working very well and received many positive compliments to their system. Besides, I know that behind that is a team of money and can push the price very well. BTC2's value has been up to $ 36 and $ 10. so in the future it could repeat this record and maybe up to $ 100.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why BitBall Gain 1565 % Within 24 Hours? on: December 06, 2019, 04:45:31 AM
Don't believe the CMC's statistics about the price of a well-pumped token. in fact it is just a pump of the shark has planned in advance. When you visit the place where the big deals take place, you will find that the buy order is still at the same price, in addition, it does not increase but the buyer keeps buying. that's a sign of some sharks trying to launder money without being spotted by the government
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can i play games and get paid in crypto ? on: December 05, 2019, 07:14:14 AM
Hello guys, anyone know what website will give paid crypto to member who play a games like a CSGO, Dota 2.
I already check ZBT but i only see this accept deposit with crypto not withdraw.
Looks like we have to wait a little longer. because you know we can trade bitcoins and make profits right on the crypto market, and we shouldn't use crypto for the purpose of paying for any products or services. Some countries have very strict laws about this and you could end up in jail if you go undercover and get caught.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dai Stablecoin on: December 05, 2019, 07:09:09 AM
Came across this purported stablecoin Dai:
https://makerdao.com/whitepaper/DaiDec17WP.pdf

Only, like others, I do not see how it is sustainable or a good idea.

Ether (and other cryptocurrencies in the future) is locked into a smart contract and held as collateral. However, if the value of ether plummets, then there will not be enough collateral to cover the 1.00 USD price of Dai. They describe 2 other mechanisms to stabilize the price, but in a falling market, none of them will be sufficient.

The Bank of England learned in 1992, the hard way, that their peg could not be maintained. Why do these crypto companies think that they can achieve it?
Although you feel quite similar to other stablecoins, DAI is really making a difference. The first thing is that the transaction fee is very cheap and this is one of the things that users love when using DAI and trading it. Besides, it is being used to allocate money to bloggers in Steemit. it works great and it also has an ICO policy for the projects they support. Investors can pay back at any time and only need to pay a fee of about 16%. You can read it on the DAI main page.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Coinbase Holds a Whopping 966,230 Bitcoin ($7B) in Cold Wallet on: December 04, 2019, 07:31:44 AM
It is hoped that Coinbase will be a reputable exchange and will always hold speculative assets safely. because after announcing this information, it was a move that helped Coinbase be peeked at by money-loving hackers. Now they will find ways to attack Coinbase to get more bitcoins. I think exchanges should not publish such information, they should only send notification emails to accounts registered on their exchange.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Asset backed cryptocoins? on: December 04, 2019, 07:08:44 AM
We have seen some of the assets backed crypto coins in the market on the way and do you guys think this will be the future as this is directly based on national assets like gold and other products like charcoal and energy based products.  This will help in growth of country's economy if not taken over by greedy corporatesand and and will it have government's support or soft corner in the regulator's eye as it will bring in some money from outside.
I don't think this is a good thing. because backed up is just a term for a business that has a capital surplus and wants to guarantee that type of asset, besides that does not mean anything else. But in the crypto market, nothing is real. I have seen that Jetcoin has invested in several football clubs and it doesn't make any sense. In my opinion, only blockchain technology can change our crypto market.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Hi Excuse me Are currencies a "store of value on: December 03, 2019, 02:49:05 PM
Hi i'm monolicaคาสิโน
A quick history of currencies and paper money shows that money began as a deposit of a certain value of gold/silver and then turned into a representation of the promises of those who issue it.
Looking at the US dollar, it has lost more than 90% of its value, making all paper currencies a bad example of a "store of value." "I do not want to mention the scenario that happened in the state of Venezuela or Germany after the war."sagame
I understand the devaluation of each country's currency. But everything has 2 sides. fiat money is often affected by many factors such as politics, trend, government default or the growth of the country, ... it makes the value of fiat money fluctuate quite a lot. As for cryptocurrencies, you are always praising it as a wonderful asset and never suffer any influence if the politics of some countries have problems. But how do you know that when the crypto market first appeared 10 years ago? Besides, have you ever thought that such a currency really exists or not? Or are they just numbers on the screen? For me, fiat money is still one of the best and most valuable payment tools for assessing power across countries. this world should not have a common currency, so it would be unfair for the developed countries.
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 3 Top Tips to Stay Safe While Margin Trading Crypto on: December 02, 2019, 05:15:58 AM
The benefits of cryptocurrency margin trading are numerous. By allowing for incredible profitability and the ability to trade on the short side, margin exchanges have become popular with cryptocurrency traders of all experience levels.

However, although margin trading has the potential to generate spectacular profits without requiring much starting-capital, it is also possible to suffer significant losses if traders lack adequate caution when selecting and executing trades.

Read the top 3 tips here

I have a question to all of the traders here, especially when it comes to crypto margin trading. Do you think these three tips about staying safe while doing margin trading crypto would be effective?

Despite that you can say it's the safest way in trading cryptocurrencies, there's no such guarantee that it would be really "safe" as the market is so unpredictable that it would go down anytime without warning.

Just like what is happening to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies now, the prices are going down and it may expect to go even deeper as much as $7,400. Now it's hanging on around $7,600+.
Yes, the prediction is always predictive and when we know to avoid the risk of going against the trend, then we are the successful traders. such as where we plan to place the stoploss when we see the market price has moved to a different level from our open price. It is one of the very important skills that will help us make a small loss but predict the future market trend.
In general, trading in the crypto market is quite risky, so we need to get used to it for a long time to be surprised and should start with low leverage if the market moves beyond our prediction.
