I really think PUBLICA (PBL) has a lot of room to go up. Not 1000x, sure, but sth like 10x-15x. Not because of the concept - all coins say they have an innovative concept - but because it has a team that tries hard to get the coin well known. And it hasn't yet gone through the crazy speculative whirlwind so it is all coming. I just  don't know when... . Anyway, a small investment in PBL seems reasonable to me at this point.
