1  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is really life is beautiful? on: January 23, 2018, 06:46:32 PM
Some will say yes, but for those who struggle so much definitely the answer is no. For me? I struggle a lot, but my answer is still a yes. Why? Simply because I trust God who created us. I take those struggles as a challenge. I believe God would not give us a challenge that we can't handle. He just want us to become stronger and have faith. I'm not the type of girl who always pray, read bible, nor always go to church but in my own way I can proudly say I believed in Him. May God bless us all.
Reminding yourself that life is beautiful helps to improve the quality of your life and those you come into contact every day. It also helps you to take a stand and go into battle for the things you believe in and make changes in our world. Be brave, be connected, but also be present. Life really is beautiful.

Can you share your ideas on the Current Environmental Problems our Planet is Facing? Thank you. I need it. You maybe of help.
One of my main issues (since living in London), is Air Pollution and the way we affect the crisis in this way.
We are overloading the atmosphere and our ocean waters with carbon. Atmospheric CO2 absorbs and re-emits infrared-wavelength radiation, leading to warmer air, soils, and ocean surface waters - which is good: The planet would be frozen solid without this.
Unfortunately, there's now too much carbon in the air. Burning of fossil fuels, deforestation for agriculture, and industrial activities have pushed up atmospheric CO2 concentrations from 280 parts per million (ppm) 200 years ago, to about 400 ppm today. That's an unprecedented rise, in both size and speed. The result: climate disruption.

101 Proofs For God

A growing list of common sense Proofs for God.

Proof for God, #65 Mitochondrial Eve and Y-Chromosome Adam

Genetic scientists seem to be in general agreement that we are all descendants of one woman and one man. This research was fairly recent, starting about 1978. They, of course, do not believe in the creation story of Adam and Eve in the Bible, but their conclusions are getting closer and closer.

In case you have not heard about this, it makes very interesting reading. But I think it raises a number of profound challenges to the Theory of Evolution.

The scientists base the above conclusions on the known facts of human reproduction, specifically on properties of the sperm and egg. .....

4  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will religion save you? on: January 10, 2018, 08:46:20 AM
This always comes into my mind whenever 2 or 3 religions are quarelling about whos gonna be save. Also, Other religion destroying other religion in anyway they can like saying something bad in that religion, discouraging people not to join in that religion or go out in that religion, etc.

What can u say about this? Anyway in Christian world we all believe in one savior, Jesus Christ. So why are we fighting amongs ourselves which is which that will be saved? All I can say is Religion can't save you, HE WILL!
no religion saved me, i saved myself. by believing in myself.

9  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Should kids be treated as young adults or like children? on: January 02, 2018, 09:38:45 PM
Many people treat kids like inferior beings, using "cute" voice, not giving them a chance to say their word, make a decision and such. Do you think such behavior might bring harm to the development of their personality, and they should be instead treated like adults, but just less experienced, so with understanding and patience?
i dont know, im not a mother yet
10  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst Movies You Have Ever Watched on: January 02, 2018, 09:11:13 PM
There is already a thread about movie recommendations. But that's for the good movies.
What about the worst of them all? What are the worst movies you have ever watched that you'd like everyone to STAY AWAY from?

Starting with me, I fell for the fake 2012 movie called "2012: Supernova" (2009)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1479847/

I didn't notice it was not that popular movie 2012 but it's rip-off. Sad
Stay away from it! You have been warned! Grin

Yes, i know i sounds like a bad guy, but i just couldn't get this girl out of my head. we talked few times, i do not have her number yet. the moment her friends told me she has a boyfriend already was my most heartbreaking moment. and i'm still heartbroken. yeah i don't know what she's done to me lol until i'm so crazy for her.
Mostly the advice i received is move on and find another girl. i don't know what i can do or what should i do. anyone has experience in this kind of situation can offer some advice?

the best thing for you to do is honestly move on. you're stepping into territory where potentially three hearts can be broken, and you shouldnt mess with that. theres plenty of other fish in the sea
