Today I opened a ticket on support.supernet.org and they answered "Our BTCD chain is too slow, You have to wait for confirmations". It looks like a lie, we will never wait for these confirmations. Open new tickets on support.supernet.org, I hope this will change something for the better.

Hi, I send transaction a1024e31fb5c81902149492e0e5e1190be80f61735d327474dd2ad80b4703580 December 22 from Poloniex to Bittrex and its still unconfirmed (2/20 Confirmations). Is it possible for me to do something to speed up the confirmation or return the coins back to Poloniex?
