alot of people are in denial that this project is a scam. the team is so incompetent but the investors are scared to lose money (now its 75%loss) so they just keep hoping the project will take off when its clearly done. CEO is scared to come into telegram. deleted facebook. http://www.ehiinsm.com/ website is down tokens 'stolen', twitter hacked, reddit hacked. hundreds of users being banned in telegram for just saying 'hacked again?' my advise would be to take the 75% loss and get out while you can before the tokens are worth even less just google michael stollaire scam or titanium scam and you can see the dozens of warnings look at his site now http://www.ehiinsm.com/ its not even up anymore.

you guys seriously trust this company? they are supposed to be developing secure infrastructure solutions.
but they cant even secure their twitter or reddit lol.
they couldnt even take care of 16million dollars worth of their tokens
watch your data get hacked next if you trust them

CEO lied about the success of the parent EHI, scamming investors to believe he had more contacts than he actually had when he was just working out of his office, a 1 man show and he claimed he had millions in revenue
price is crashing so hard, in a few hours it will be 0.50 get out while you can.
so many lies and untruths by the team about this project.
half the developers are just hired to fluff up the whitepaper.

Sure, bring it. How do you know everything i've said isnt true? Get Michael here and prove it that he's not a liar, show his revenue for EHI, his sales receipts, his tax return showing his income since he claims to have millions in revenue and prove he's legit. we'll see who gets sued then ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) edit : if he does so i'll take back everything i said, and issue a formal apology. but i dont think thats happening anytime soon The lawyers, if they pursue you for libel, won't be looking for an apology just every dollar in your bank account and then some, as they drag out the legal case as long as possible with continuances. It doesn't matter if Stollaire uilty of lying or not as the focus will be on your libel, your comments and your statements defaming him. Go od luck, just hoping Titanium's lawyers don't track you down. LOL you're funny. like i said, how do you know what im saying isnt true? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) cant sue the truth man. but if this scammer and fraud wants to try, go ahead in fact i cant wait for it to happen so this scam can be exposed.

Yeap I will submit a complaint and we'll see what they say. Just because they shout its a utility token doesnt make it one. and SEC never approved them as a utility token. they just laid out the guidelines to follow between utility and security so BAR might be considered a security token after all.

|
|
I've been speaking to some legal people i know, BAR might actually be in fact breaking SEC regulations according to this, it might actually be classified as a security token NOT utility (even though they say it is) which BAR might be in trouble for as they did not do KYC If a token has a significant utility in the operation of the application, it may be less likely to be considered a security (since this characteristic may help the token to fail the Howey test, as discussed above). But, the reality is that utility tokens can indeed be considered a security under the definitions set forth in Section 2(a)(1) of the Securities Act of 1933 (1933 Act) and Section 3(a)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (1934 Act). If this wouldn’t be the case, every investment contract could just escape securities law jurisdiction simply by building in a trivial utility to the token. Imagine a tokenized share of stock, except the token also enables you to redeem it for a cat GIF. https://medium.com/@argongroup/8-important-things-to-know-about-security-tokens-token-regulation-3d548a1a6367i'll be submitting a complaint with BARs name and profile and the latest incidents with BAR to the SEC and see if they have any comment https://www.sec.gov/tcr

are you a paid shill?
how is lying about his past experience not a scam? he basically used it to tell everyone that BAR would have all these big name clients when it launched when in actual fact thats not the case.
Actually you are the one saying he is lying about his past. I have to agree and think you are a paid troll. Has michael come out to dispell what i've said? how do you know what ive said are lies? you cant find any info on EHI out there and it is true that he is working out of a home office with no employees

He basically lied about the success of his EHI company to make it seem like it was huge and how he had all this big name clients when he was is just a small time 1 man systems integrator with barely a few hundred K in revenue and no employees and he is working out of a home office https://tbis.io/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/TBIS-White-Paper-v2.7.pdfif you look at the whitepaper above, there are no descriptions of the team, half of the developers didnt have TBIS in their linkedin or didnt even know each other prior to ICO. which basically means he hired them just as the ICO was ready to launch to give an appearance that he was competent. and he basically cut and pasted the team straight from the website onto the whitepaper (same background color) i also like the part how he says the pool will be frozen to ensure no tbis tokens are sold (yea right buddy, look what happened.) he's full of hot air and a fluff creator. every statement that TBIS issues has huge sounding words, eg Malicious attack, etc etc making each statement sound bigger or more impactful that should be (nothing wrong with that, just marketing tho) when the coin priced dropped he desperately issued partnership annoucement after annoucement in an attempt to pump the price up until the community was wondering what were all the useless annoucements about and then the supposed theft/hack happened and everything got exposed.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Electroneum/comments/7uy1x4/is_titanium_blockchain_a_scam/So someone was shilling this on Idex today, so I decided to do some research on this company. On their website, The president and CEO is "MICHAEL STOLLAIRE". I guess this is his linkedin profile. https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaelstollaire/. I always check the guy in charge before I continue my research. So before I check further into the team I like to look up the WHOIS info on the domain name. Here is the information that popped up https://www.whois.com/whois/tbis.io. Notice the registrant contact information? Michael Stollery. Organization is affiliated to EHI-INSM Inc. Ok so we have a name similar to the CEO of TBIS. I look up "Michael Stollery" on google and I find this corporate info link. https://www.corporationwiki.com/p/2mw968/michael-stolleryInteresting, it says that "Michael Stollery" is the president of both EHI and Titanium Blockchain. Not Michael Stollaire. The site also gives us an address. 15027 Dickens St Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. Interesting, this is a residential address. I do a little more digging on Ehi Internetwork and Systems, the parent company. Nothing special here, seems to be mostly boilerplate. Only stock photos and no real information. Except the address, 15027 Dickens Street Suite 4 North Hollywood, CA 91403 USA very similar to the "Michael Stollery" address. Interesting, the same address in https://tbis.io/about-us/ is the same. That's about as much research I need to do. I'm feeling a scam vibe on this one. EDIT: I also tried to bring this up in their telegram and was immediately banned. https://i.imgur.com/iq63ZSz.png
