Got it 3 days ago already, but didnt had much time to reply.

It's running with CGMiner on windows at 850hz and runs straight for almost 3 days now without problems.

Hope the european people with share with us if they received them. Im very curious since customs keeps these miners for weeks.

Maybe they think it's some kind of terroristic device or something 

But what can they do with this. Send it back to China, or just gonna let you pay taxes? They have to send it trough eventually wont they?

English docs about CE marking. All I can find the marking is not required for all items. Merely things like toys and electronics and stuff.
