I need help with Eleos.

Bitcoin Client Software and Version Number: ZClassic
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
System Hardware Specs: 4.0 GHz Quad Core CPU with 16 GB RAM and 500 GB free hard drive space.
Description of Problem: Randomly generated Transparent Address on Eleos was created and ZClassic was transferred to this wallet. I cannot gain access to the receiver wallet address on Eleos. Only private addresses appear on Eleos. 
Any Related Addresses: Will post sender and receiver addresses when a response is given.
Any Related Transaction IDs: 48b3adf7b83aa8998a34c0885749f508a7cf61940972d78302058e98072d1bc4
