i have done exchange from BTC TO LTC WITH TRANSACTION # 748DF61B14C3 ON 22nd december,2017 .even after 6 days the issue is not being resolved. i got a reply that the technical team will contact me but still nobody contacted me . plz look at my issue with this transaction and refund me as soon as possible. i have already given my refund address when i rised the ticket. plzz.. don't break my trust as i am ur customer from last 6 months.
