I don’t have any amp meter but I’ve tried testing it 1 by 1 and the same thing happens with any card now, previously it was only the new one I had issues with.

It’s an ASROCK 110+ BTC, EVGA 1000W GQ, and everything will flick on but then shut off immediately.

I initially had 4 GPUs running: GTX 960, GTX 1060, and two GTX 1070 Ti FE.
I decided I wanted two more TIs but got two Zotac 1070 Ti AMP instead of the FE. Upon arrival though I tried plugging them into risers and adding them to the rig, it tried to start but failed.
So what I’ve tried is:
Removing all but one of the new GPUs and turning it on, no fix.
Trying all four of the other risers that I know to work, no fix.
Switching all different chords that I own, no fix.
Note that this was all on one GPU still so wattage isn’t a potential issue.
Any help would be appreciated! Or did I just receive two dead cards?
