So what's the problem?

Set your config to something like this and start mining:

ccminer-x64.exe -a lyra2v2 -o stratum+tcp://lyra2v2.mine.zpool.ca:4533 -u [address] -p c=XVG

Am I understanding something wrong in my GPU settings?

Why is a single card drawing 60A of current is that correct? That's more than my entire house uses.

Why would overclocking make no impact that doesn't make sense.

Setting your memory clock higher directly increases the hash rate.  Your afterburner settings are not working make sure you are applying the settings before launching the miner.

Download a tool called Hwinfo64.

Install and choose sensors only mode.

Scroll down to your GPU's and look at GPU clock and GPU Memory clock. They should match the settings you have in afterburner, if they don't then you aren't overclocking the card.

Make sure the temp stays between 60-70*C and make sure your GPU Memory errors are either 0 or very low, like 10-20 every minute.

Is mining altcoins like Bitcoin become very difficult today than in the past ?

Bitcoin is not an altcoin.

Confused as to what you're asking, as time goes on and more miners enter the pool the difficulty will naturally increase, so yes for bitcoin is it MUCH more difficult today than at any point in the past, for relatively new altcoins it's not.

Mining isnt profitable now a days so most altcoins are going for proof of stake rather than mine with hardware which is costive and come with high electricity cost.

Wrong. Went through your post history and I find it interesting how one person can be so wrong on almost every post they make yet continue to keep posting.

Yes the alt-coin market is volatile, yes the difficulty is increasing as more miners enter the market, yes the barrier to start mining is rising relative to the cost of GPU's(You can't even buy a vega 64 anymore for under 800). Yet it's still profitable to mine now and will be for the foreseeable future, the market is subject to change and no one knows what will happen to crypto currency in 2018, but if you like taking risks now is the time to do it.
