Ok, how about this one...

Has anyone had any luck getting sx to work?  It hangs for me.  (eg. sx balance ...hangs)

At the moment what's the best way to decode MasterCoin transactions?  Is there any open source code we can read through?  Can we read the source for the MasterChest library?  Has anyone had any luck decoding or encoding messages with the pymastercoin?

Thanks!

Did someone mention that they successfully sent an exchange message on the forums?  I thought I read it yesterday, now I cannot find it.  Sorry about the trouble just trying to stay upto speed.

BTW, is there there an interest in forking the Bitcoin QT client to support mastercoin?

Thanks,
Dan

I'm not asking for any kind of quick start here.  I know packaging things up takes time.  I'm just trying to get a few words on the progress of each of those items.  I'm just trying to find where best I can make a contribution with out duplicating work.

Thanks guys!

Hello!

I'm a software developer and I'd like to try to make a contribution to this project.  I've been reading about Mastercoin and trying to follow along with the development discussion.   Good to meet all of you.

I'm wondering if someone could give a quick status (who's working on them, what's the progress, etc) about the goals from the current coding contest

Minimum one PC wallet (for both Linux and Windows) which can generate simple sends and the buy/sell messages required for the distributed exchange, using agree-upon multisig format
Minimum two websites parsing such messages, and the resulting balance transfers
Minimum one website showing BTC/MSC price charts derived from these messages
Minimum 10 days of real-world usage with no major problems
High bar for usability. (Current heavy traders like maxmint, lishbtc, and buymastercoin should be happy with the final product, if at all possible)

Thanks!

Hello everyone.  I'm an experienced software developer.  I love peer to peer technology and the innovations that bitcoin has contributed to the world.  I'm extremely interested in the next steps here.  I'd really love to contribute new features to make bitcoin even more powerful.  I'm interested in discussing these things as well as some of the legal aspects of doing business and contributing effort to the bitcoin system.

Thanks everyone.
