lost my password, sent u a pm, did u know the email on your site doesnt work? would like to bet tonights game

Can someone help me out here,  I am trying to get in contact with the operator of bitbook, but his email doesnt work and it seems the only way to contact him is through this site.  I lost my pw and need help in getting back into my account.  I cannot post in bitbook thread and i cannot pm them, so please someone get word to him.  Thanks in advance

are these guys legit? i tried to contact them when i lost my password by email with error emails telling me it failed to reach the server.  it would be kinda of retarded if this is the only one to contact them
