1  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: BFL 500Gh/s miners for sale on: October 28, 2013, 05:05:55 PM
Basically what I'm saying is: give me your best price & we will see :-). I've no idea what they're worth at the moment...

The price I paid for was 30k for them 3. So something in that area.
The ownership can be transferred immediately once the sale is final.

They are located in the USA in a hosted environment (power requirements over here on the mainland are nearly same price as the hosting I paid for... So it's easier for me to host them).
After the sale you can ask the datacenter to send them to you if you want that. Anyway, I do like it hosted because that also mean they can start hashing away directly.

This is a completely new Butterfly Labs 500 GH/s minirig. It is currently hosted and hashing (at 500 Gh/s), so it works perfectly!

Technical details:
================================
Processing Power: 500 GH/s (+/- 10% running variance)

Weight: 50 lb. 13.5 oz
Dimensions: 19" x 11" x 15.5" high

The Mini Rig comes ready with a touch panel (Nexus 7) control screen with built in host.
================================

The machine is hosted in a data center and can be transferred immediately once the sale is completed.
Hosting is paid in full till the end of the month.
Physical delivery needs to be discussed with the data center.

I did buy from them as well. Reported was 500Ghz x3 +- 10% performance delivered.
Well, I got it now and it turns out to true. They're hashing nicely...

All in all I'm relatively happy with it.

And yes, I did ask for a refund which they said they will not give. And they also said all miners would be delivered within a month (from that date). Turned out to be true, and I took the gamble and staid...

Now everything is looking fine again!

So yes: no pre-order anymore unless from a little more established company.

Anyone wants to buy them from me? :-) They're hosted, so no need to worry about the power requirements and stuff.
