1  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: Mycelium Bitcoin Wallet on: March 01, 2015, 08:31:34 PM
SCAM WARNING. Be very careful if you want to use Mycelium like a tool to sell and trade. Its full of scamers. Encountered 3 in two days. Whoever will try to persuade you to do the PayPal trade is scamer. Only trade with people who do actually want to meet. Got myself caught once. Be extra cautious when using it. It really needs multi signature if its to be used in future..
2  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: Mycelium Bitcoin Wallet on: February 27, 2015, 02:42:14 PM
I just started using Mycelium and wanted to set up the trade advert, but I can't seem to be able to change currency to GBP? Anyone is having this issue or know why its not working? Only USD is there as currency for me.

Sorted! It was the currency setting in main menu!

4  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory stuck in offline mode... on: February 02, 2015, 09:41:37 AM
My armory is stuck in offline mode also. It doesn't seem to be recognizing my custom bitcoin data location. When I run bitcoin qt its working well, but armory is just stuck in offline mode if i set up data directory. So I have to download whole blockchain again for it in default location? That seem a bit strange.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best UK bank account for SEPA EUR transfers? on: January 20, 2015, 02:46:42 PM
Wonder how much volume a citigold account can deal with before they start looking at your accounts funny...

What account do you use?

7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best UK bank account for SEPA EUR transfers? on: January 16, 2015, 03:52:51 PM
Anyone have new experiences with UK banks and bitcoin transactions? Any suggestion of bank which would let me do high volume transactions without being to hassled about it? And if possible SEPA transfers with minimum fees?

About that Citigold they have on their pages they offer 8 SEPA free transactions a month, I though they had more than that?
8  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitstamp closed for? on: January 05, 2015, 08:38:10 PM
I don't think they got Goxed. It will be test to see if we can count with them to future. I hope they will resolve the issue without any funds lost. Kind of like Bitstamp.

10  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-12-21] The Conversation: 2014 was a bad for BTC, 2015 not likely better on: December 22, 2014, 08:01:19 PM
My feeling about decline this year is that big players, governments, corporations and such got quite interested in acquiring bitcoins which led to price manipulation. Last year it was people's excitement and gold fever which hyped the price. This year price is where huge bag holders want it to be. Considering decline whole year popularity and awareness still grew considerably good for bitcoin. And what will be next year?? Let's wait and see.

14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best UK bank account for SEPA EUR transfers? on: October 20, 2014, 09:53:21 AM
The UK is part of the EU.

Open a bank account in another EU country, its your legal right to do so.

Some even allow you to do this from your home.

Any particular in mind?
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best UK bank account for SEPA EUR transfers? on: October 15, 2014, 07:47:39 PM
Does any bank in UK offers free SEPA transfer without having to pay for the account monthly? I know citybank does for those 25£ a month. Anything cheaper under the sky? I have Nationwide (20£) and Lloyds (10£), but was wondering if I can get any free account with free or cheap SEPA.

Thanks!
