I have coins in the "Main Account." They will not allow withdrawals nor can I move it to the trading account in order to trade it. From reading dozens of other posts on their forum, I assume that this has been going on for some time with no success in even getting an adequate response from HitBTC.

At this point, would it be an assumption to say that they are simply stealing assets? I get no responses, either.

I bought a largish amount of Ardor and moved it to my Hitbtc "main" account.  Now, I cannot move it to the "trade" side to sell it, nor can I withdraw it.  This seems like BS to me.  Will I ever see this money again? Any advice?
