The conspiracy theorist in me says that Cryptonator froze the accounts prior to the dump in price, sold the coins internally and will be rebuying your alotment at the new lower rate and they made off with your losses in the interem

What happened::

New to crypto, purchased some coin and used Cryptonator website and converted to Bytecoin (BNC).  Transferred my coin to my Bytecoin desktop wallet address.  Received a confirmation but coin has not showed in 8 days.  The receipt on their transaction summary does not match my results when searching for the transaction on the tracking sites (different date/etc).

Additional Notes:
I have backed up, reset wallet, etc still nothing.  While this is my first transfer away from Cryptonator, I am afraid of the remaining balances in BNC/Ripple/etc I have on the site.
