I transfer 0.0531 BTC to my address
10 hours pass. But my transfer not listed blockchain

I transfer from Beetle.io one of FINOM service. Contact Beetle but no reply from them. Any one know the official thread of Beetle.io? I tried to search but not found!

Is Beetle.io is a scam or my situation is normal? What could I do now?

Hello FINOM, please help me with this problem
I am a user of FINOM, Tab Trader and Beetle.
After press forget password on Beetle a email from Tab Trader give me a link to set new password. But after set new password, Beetle app always said that my password is wrong and I can not login to Beetle now.
I sent support to both Tab Trader and Beetle but no response.
Could you please help me check it.

Hi, you forget one very important thing.
That we need many hours (days) to verify the card we used. And must use the your card (can't use your friend, wife, mother...).
And my account has verified by Beetle, one of your service. Do I nick verify again in Finom.io?

I have some problem with Address verification document
Acceptable address verification documents:
current vehicle proof of insurance, ==> I don't have a car, I motobike insurance is not have the address.
recent hard version of credit card statement/bank statement sent to you address (not an online statement). ==> In my country, we goto bank to take the statement so, it don't have my current address too.
Other types of documents may cause delays in processing due to additional check and clarifications and may be rejected.

Could you please verify with may Labor Contact with current company or my Temporary Residence Permit provide from my Government (Vietnam)?

I tried to uploading those documents, but the web take many hours to loading (20MB) and still not finish yet. Can I upload it to Google Drive to some where and just sent the link?
