I had a few thousand on deposit with them, fortunately I recovered my funds via okpay through a now defunct feature which enabled users to load exmo ex-codes for a 5% fee, it certainly is concerning that they removed this feature as ex-codes essentially represent IOUs for digital assets on Exmo, so this removal certainly speaks volumes about what okpay thinks about the creditworthiness of Exmo. Long story short I wouldn't advise anybody use Exmo under any circumstances.

I am being presented with the following error whenever I try to make a withdrawal or send a message to the group chat. Error 10325, I have recently started using my account after registering one month ago and I no longer have the validation email link, and I was able to successfully deposit funds into my account, this is an issue you must correct as individuals should not be permitted to deposit funds or trade and not be able to withdraw them if they did not activate their accounts through the email link. I have opened a support ticket (Ticket number: 281455), I would like you to send me another verification email, I hope you can resolve this as soon as possible as it is deeply inconvenient.
