I think that many creators of new coins just want to earn money, although the coin may not carry a unique content, a lot of people earn money to create a new coin!

I like the idea of a coin presenting something that different to bitcoin but I don't know those coins other than the older ones like dash, dogecoin, monero, ethereum.

A current fall in prices of several alt coins, may be a good time to buy. I would say that it's better to keep your coins now or what is even better buy some new ones. Sell on the bottom is a very bad idea. It would be better to take a great opportunity to buy some coins for reasonable price while the market is down.
