On the 28th December 2017 I submitted a request for withdrawal of XRP 473.267831 on to my RIpple wallet opened with coinpayments.net. Exmo confirmed the withdrawal and I also did confirm the transaction to proceed with. The withdrawal was marked as completed whereas as of now (31st December 2017 Moscow time) I didn't receive any funds in my Ripple wallet. Exmo didn't provided me TXID of the transaction performed. Support doesn't respond. I submitted 2 tickets - to no avail. Ticket #281168 and #282404. Strange is that I performed two withdrawals with them but involving smaller amounts of XRP: 113 XRP and 49 XRP - and surprisingly they were processed and completed, whereas the bigger amount transaction (473 XRP) went missing. Can you assit me on this matter? I am desperate to find any solution.
UPD. As a result of the support conversation was an automatically generated email "Your inquiry (282404) was accepted and is being regarded by our Customer Support service. In order to add comments, please write the answer to this letter."
No clarification was provided, no wothdrawal processed. The exchange just stole my XRP and doesn't want to address this matter! Any help?
3rd January 2018. 473 XRP transferred. They just used my funds to make money but I am happy they gave the money back.
