I withdrew 22 LTC from Polo on December 31st to Bittex.

Here is the stamp on the history...

My withdrawal history says "complete" but clearly it is a fake TXid as it "cannot be found" in the blockchain..

I have submitted a support tix but it doesn't seem to trigger a response from anyone in a timely manner.

Can someone help me resolve this issue?

Is there a reason poloniex is improperly holding our funds??

Has anyone sending LTC had any luck with a new TXid after receiving a fake one?
