Same situation i am facing, i am trying since a month to get my account verified to be able to buy siacoins but despite several times i submit my ID card pics for verifications, my account is still unverified :/ WTH i open support ticket and they don't even bother to reply, pathetic services, i will not recommend poloniex to submit your funds other wise you will finish up locking all your funds as you cannot withdrawal it until your account verified.

I have been trying to verify my account since a month but despite several attempts of providing all the required information for verification the verification system is not working and my status still shows Unverified, it is requested to please make my account status verified and process my ID through manual verification

This is the support level POLONIEX have ?? i am trying since more then a month now to get my account verified to be able to start trading, very disappointed with poloniex services
