Ongoing flow of misleading statements about partnerships and achievements. Concerning. Good project, but the statements that are misleading are concerning... What is more worrying is that I mentioned to the company their misrepresentations on a number of occasions and via a number of channels... Never received reply... How am I supposed to invest in a company that makes misleading statement and does not bother replying to investors?..

- Selection along with other ten competitors does not constitute backing up. All it does it shows that SBC feel/believe that this is an interesting project and are happy to provide environment for you and ten other contenders, for the project to develop by providing access to powerbrokers, entrepreneurs and such like for a few months and then assess the results by looking at the achievements. This is not backing up as you say.

- The biggest achievement so far has been release of MVP. If there are any other "significant achievements", it would be great if WePower could provide any credible reference.

Amongst other things sensationalist statements there has been one that said that WePower has a partnership agreement with Elering (Estonian) electricity network company, however on your website you could not provide anything more than Memorandum of Understanding to back the statement up. But Memorandum of Understanding is just that. All it does, it essentially says "we know you exist, we think you are doing good job", no more, no less. But there is no commitment.

There is no denying you have great people on the team with valuable expertise and experience like Kaspar Kaarlep and Arturas Asacavicius, but making incorrect and misleading statements is not a fair play.
