Hi minernoob1978. 5 days would be the maximum. If you're seeing a delay in your funds being credited I would suggest opening a ticket here and escalating that new ticket using this form. Hi minernoob1978. That would depend on which type of transfer you're using. You can see how long withdrawals take here. Please let us know if you need anything else! so if i did it on Tuesday sepa it should not take more than 5 days right? According to SEPA it should not take more than 48H. But you never know how long Kraken withholds your money from you when you want to transfer it. Gives them a few more days to work with your money. Works in both directions for those frauds. Can someone help me ? I think some of you guys has same problem. Giant x10 is running - after few days It disconnects from internet and start blinking. Also sometimes I cant acces to web settings. Someone know how to fix this ?
Hi, i have the same issue ! I talked to Baikail support and they send me a new controller board ($20 + shipping), hopefully its working much better. Otherwise i have a plug socket and can control tje power over an timer and via WebInterface. cu Marcus everyone has the same problem. please let us know if the problem solved. thanks Is it still worth buying these? Does it mean, you sent the miner to USA to send them to EU again? Or do they ship it out tomorrow from USA?
that would be strange if they send first to usa and then from usa to eu, why no directly from factory to > EU saving moneys is not priority for customers? |

actually after recent maintenance on Kraken website, now everything works without any errors, good job Are you sure? I'm waiting from a month to verify my data to make a simple deposit. as i understand depositing in eur works well? How long it takes to make a deposit so moneys goes from acc to kraken acc? 1 day?
It's been more than one week that i made 4 money transfers in Euros to Kraken, and i didn't receive one yet... wow, why is that? i did sent on 2017 12 21 and on a next day there were money on Kraken. I just receive their answer : We monitor incoming deposits for possible duplicate deposits (i.e. you make one deposit, but due to a banking error it gets credited to your account twice). So if you make two deposits of the same amount that come into our system within a 72-hour time window it triggers our safety protocol and the second deposit gets put on hold.
Your deposit will be released after an additional review within 1-2 business days.
To prevent a similar problem in the future, we suggest you always use different deposit amounts. For example, instead of depositing € 1000 twice on two consecutive days, it's better to make two deposits in different amounts, e.g. € 998 and € 1002. This routine is also helpful in the case of missing deposits investigations. The amount is one of the key search parameters in the banking industry and the more 'unusual' it is, the more easily a payment is traced.Let's see if they respect what they said... nice, at least support is doing their job) |
