The info on coin market cap needs to be updated, web site goes to Jouleco.in then all the others seem fine. Announcement comes here and source code goes to github.
if that is the new website it probably should be known to everyone. many of us still had the old one book marked that is now dead.
Thanks
Hello. I actually tried to get the joulecoin.info website added to CoinMarketCap, but I was denied since I didn't have any official statement e.g. from the Joulecoin Twitter feed. Currently, there are things that might be more urgent. But things are stable, although the market is in a dire situation since now also Nova has ceased their trading. Never the less, we are happy to still be with NLexch! Their platform is near state of the art, and very pleasant to use; Although their withdrawal fees may be a little high. Should technically add this on the website, but as usual YoBit doesn't work. Checked now and the funds I deposited a long time ago has not arrived. I have actually sent them multiple e-mails giving them explicit instructions on how to get their node up and running, but as a user recalled here earlier they have probably put it in maintenance deliberately; Probably due to low trading volume. For our miners, I am very grateful for those staying with us. Thank you.

Where can i find your version with correction for LibreSSL ?? I cant install it on my pool because of that this is really frustrating ... thanks ! Hello there. I have made a fix for LibreSSL, but tests are not working. So, you will have to compile without them. https://github.com/dalslandan200/joulecoin/tree/0.10.4.2-libreSSLUpdate: When running ./configure autoconf thinks LibreSSL is installed on the system, except when it's not. This happens when you have installed openSSL >= Version 1.1.0 I have made a new branch which reflects the issue more clearly, and tests are now also fixed. This branch is specific for openSSL >= Version 1.1.0 To check OpenSSL version: root@ubuntu:~# openssl version OpenSSL 1.1.0g 2 Nov 2017 (Library: OpenSSL 1.1.1 11 Sep 2018)

Afternoon everyone. I have updated the website with all our current working exchanges and added the mobile wallet there too. (I have been very slow, sorry for that.) The mobile wallet however doesn't currently display any USD amount due to insufficient market data at CoinGecko, since I use them as first API query. Markets have been slow, and Cryptopia being gone have definitely made its impact. Mining power have also decreased due to market situation, but we are very grateful for our persistent miners (much love). I will keep contributing with what I can, and if anyone wants to help me. Reach out to me. Thanks! Website: https://joulecoin.infoExplorer: https://insight.joulecoin.infoExByte - Wallet https://exbyte.org

The Cryptopia situation has hit hard indeed. I have been looking for other exchanges to get listed on, but currently with no success. (Mostly because of listing fee, and high volume requirement.)
I have sent an message to YoBit, and explaining why their node isn't up-to-date.
Checked Yobit today -- I won't trade there, but I have an account -- and our wallet is off-line again. Checked YoBit today, and appears as if they are updating their wallet. Message when trying to get deposit address: Deposit is temporarily disabled because wallet status is MaintenanceIf the wallet update is successfully done, all the coins which were missing earlier should be available (in-time) in your YoBit account.* * Since they had a backlog due to their wallet being unable to sync correctly to latest Block-height.

Hello XJO community,
Was just curious, does anyone know why xjo is no longer monitored by Coinwarz? Says as of 2-23-19 is no longer monitored along with some other negative messages. Been mining xjo for a long time off and on, haven't done much trading with it yet since I like to mine and hold for long term investments and future use. I hope we can get this coin back on the right track with more exchanges and exposure so people can see the good in this coin!
Thanks for bringing it to attention. I have contacted them. And hopefully it will be resolved soon. If you haven't seen the earlier messages, Joulecoin now have an mobile wallet available for Android and iOS. More information is available at: https://exbyte.org

From Cryptopia Twitter: We are making progress on securing our wallets, you can check the status here: https://cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=XJO … Offline means the coins have not been checked yet. In Maintenance means coin has been secured. The maintenance message will detail the impact the event had on that coin.According to this new information, Joulecoin seems to have been unaffected by the breach.

ExByte - Wallet is finally available on the iOS platform. The App is available worldwide, with the exception of China. For more information visit: https://exbyte.org/*Due to Cryptopia trading still being disabled, the balance in USD is temporarily not working because our partner uses them in a collaborative calculation of market data.

Cryptopia back on monday
Yepp. From Twitter: [2019-02-27] Update: We are aiming to have the Cryptopia site re-opened as read only by Monday. [2019-02-28] Update: We have transitioned 24% of all wallets to our new secure servers. Once the read only site is online, we will be keeping users up to date on which wallets have been checked and secured via the coin info page. ------------------------------------------------------ I think you all are aware of the Canadian exchange "Quadriga" incident. Around $190 million lost according to Kraken exchange. Absolutely insane if one man were in charge of other people assets, without any backups to pay back if something where to happen (in this case) the only person in authority over the funds. There are more sketchy details about this Quadriga exchange, but time will tell what really happened.

Nova buy-sell: 49-40
My funds are limited, but will I buy XJO at 40 sats? Heck yes!!!!
So, for some days, our daily price stats are . . . me!!
No volume on Yobit (good!). None yet on nlexch. And me on Nova.
Afternoon, IMZ. I believe Nova has a high chance of potentially being the new "Cryptopia" because of its diverse market. Haven't heard anything negative about this exchange. The events of the Cryptopia heist have affected many, but hopefully it will only strengthen us for the challenges ahead.

Good morning my fellow friends. To bring some good news, I have finally finished the first version of the ExByte - Wallet. And this is exactly what you think it is, a fully featured Joulecoin wallet for Android. (Sorry iOS, not today.) It successfully implements the Joulecoin protocol, which means it supports transaction comments. Yaay! Initially I planned to get finished before Christmas last year, and then New Year. But of course either never happened. But today is the day! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Introducing: https://exbyte.org/Update: After consideration I have decided to make the app free instead of paid. And of course anyone who bought the app will be refunded in full. So, although a little late, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Joulecoin!

What a start of the New Year.
I hope that most of the funds will be recovered, and Cryptopia coming online again.

I am a new to all this mining stuff and want to say my first official block to mine was the Joulecoin. I noticed the website and it is looking good. Any word on getting a market tab on your website? Like a market place. People could add hardware new and used. Maybe even an auction function
I haven't thought about a marketplace. If I would prioritize, I think some kind of payment gateway for Joulecoin would be a good start. But I will definitely keep your request in mind. I like that Joulecoin was one of the first Blocks you ever mined. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

The network keeps on ticking steadily, and everything looks good.
Older clients (0.9.X.X) have been declining, but there are still a few left.

Got a bit more XJO for devving. Venezuelan project is going well but slowly -- conditions there are very difficult.
If you need help hosting and/or creating something which is beneficial, I can try to be of assistance. I'm available on Discord if you have something on your mind.*

I use CentOS 7, and have used Ubuntu before. I haven't had this issue at all, and recompiled to check again. I know I have somewhat been in contact with the issue before, but I can't remember thoroughly where. Newer version of Bitcoin source code have changed to full path, so probably others have encountered the same issue. By the way, if you wanna talk more interactively you can join the Joulecoin Discord channel: https://discord.gg/RaWB3uEAnd send me a private message. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

This is awesum work as well! Feel free to message if I can be of any assistance, having insight API is a very important thing for developers. Already have a couple of ideas brewin and look forward to having the tx comments enabled. I have a bot skeleton on telegram that could definitely make use of this.
Finished up with the API and added some visual preferences, e.g. the arrow turns "blue" when there is a transaction message available; simply click on the transaction ID, and the message is there with all the other information. Here you can witness one of the first comments ever used: https://insight.joulecoin.info/block/000000000017ec018cc65d56d69d737f9da00b885c69a207b1b1219728502cdfThe API is available on: https://insight.joulecoin.info/apiI hope everyone using it will take it easy on my free services. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Was going to look into paper-wallets as well. Good initiative. Have been busy the last 2 weeks integrating Joulecoin into all insight libraries, and modifying the Bitcore client. After a lot of headaches I finally got it up and running, and have the last few days done some visual improvements. I'm planning to upload everything organized to GitHub, once I have cleaned it up more and fixed some other remaining things. Unfortunately I have not completely integrated transaction messages into the API. I know, but it will be fixed soon. It is far from complete (if it ever will be), but I feel I'm comfortable having it online now. For anyone wanting to take a look, Introducing: https://insight.joulecoin.info/
