How is this a group buy? Also looks like they're in boxes ready to be shipped, so why wait until the 5th of December? Also will these have any issues in customs to the US?

I kind of understand teh purpose behind transaction fees when generating new blocks, but how does the payout work? So i'm in a bitminter pool, if i happen to create a new block (which i know is extremely unlikely) does the tx fees for that new block go to me? or does it go to the pool?

Just try using CGminer by itself, you're probably better off, just read the readme file and there's a sample command line. Just replace it with your info.
