Today get message " Warning: No miners above MinProfit" and all mining activity stopped. Anyone else get this?
+ 1 I am also receiving the same error message. I will look at the logs later today to see if I can identify the issue Disclaimer: I am not a programmer. EDIT: I temporary solved the issue by editing the Core.ps1 file with Notepad++ Line 427 $CDKResponse = Invoke-APIRequest -Url " https://api.coindesk.com/v1/bpi/currentprice/$LocalCurrency.json" -MaxAge 60 | It appears that coindesk api is not responding to https request, so I deleted the "s" from https, so it looked like this $CDKResponse = Invoke-APIRequest -Url " http://api.coindesk.com/v1/bpi/currentprice/$LocalCurrency.json" -MaxAge 60 | Saved and relaunched and it's working again. Hopefully someone smarter can provide a proper fix.

Looking for some advise. I have a 6-gpu rig, since alexis78 takes forever to fully start hashing when using more than 4 cards, I'm now running 2 copies of nemo's side by side 3 gpu each (I changed the miner's API ports to prevent any crosstalk). Now everything works great most of the time except that BrainPlus has a very high CPU utilization (I have a Celeron 3930), so running 2 copies bring up the CPU utilization to 100% and sometimes it makes HSR miner crash. I've tried to launch each copy of nemo at different intervals but eventually both copies of BrainPlus end up catching up to each other and running at the same time.
Any suggestions on how to drop the CPU utilization of BrainPlus?
See my post for a fix: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1777336.msg31397702#msg31397702

NPlusMiner-v2.0 Released Download: https://github.com/MrPlusGH/NPlusMiner/releasesNPlusMiner now has a GUI ! - Added GUI - Console lo can still access it - Relies on Config files (no .bat editing) - Track earnings in GUI. (Per address / Pool) Great Job, Thank You Guys... But, GUI version (not tested yet cmd ) wont connect pool if location is EUROPE, only gives info that cant connect pool. Resizable windows would be nice plus Zpool, Doesn't have servers in Europe, only US

Now that im running my both 1080TI GPU separately i noticed it records the hashrate per single GPU But if i Run one instance for my 2 GPU it displays what is recorded for single GPU, so after the first run it updates the hashrate for the First algo it was running, then it appears to have the double from the rest profit list recorded, so it will stick to that algo
For Example: Running one 1080TI or per instance I have: Equihash 650H/s = 0.260 mBTC/day Neoscrypt 1.45MH/s = 0.210 mBTC/day
if I set miner to run with both GPUs it starts to run the most profitable algo, but then: Hashrate Changes: Equihash: 650H/s -> 1.30 KH/s = 0.520 m/BTCday ¿What happens with the rest algos? Neoscrypt: (wont update) = 1.45MH/s = 0.300 mBTC/day (This was per single GPU)
Even when Neoscrypt per GPU is more profitable, miner wont turn to it, because Equihash shows profit for GPUs and it thinks is the double
My temporary solution for this? I had to make 2 copies of Nemosminer folder, one for batches when i run singles GPU, and another if running all my GPUs together, so profits wont mess.
For 2 gpus, you need to edit your start bat like this -SelGPUDSTM '0 1' -SelGPUCC '0,1'

Damn whole time I didn't check the actual prices on medic coin. its not 16cent a coin like the op said, its 1.46c (0.00000064 BTC) lol. I have 146 coins and its worth like...well $2.13. Lesson learned....NEVER take anything at face value.
I don't know what your intention is but spreading false information is not appreciated. We are trading on https://stocks.exchange/trade/MEDIC/BTC and https://wallet.crypto-bridge.org/market/BRIDGE.MEDIC_BRIDGE.BTC Currently we are trading at 0.00001394 BTC which is about 15 cents You should be using the sell amount instead as this is what you can use to calculate profits. at the time of this post medic coin is selling for 0.00001059 BTC ~ 0.11 USD per coin. https://stocks.exchange/trade/MEDIC/BTC

UPDATE
1. Tune coin dropped in a price almost 60%, so it will be slippage in pendings for ones found this coin. Disabled all highly volative neo coins again. Will not that risky road anymore, and stick to coins with high liquidity
Are you planning to add these coins back? These smaller altcoins tend to be the most profitable. Even with the volatility, I think miners earn more with them. No, they won't. by the time it takes for shares to mature and then hit the exchanges ( aprox 12 hours) we would be at loss, better mining more stable coin and avoid high volatile coins for auto-exchange anyways. Below is my personal opinion: I really wanted to support the pool, but unfortunately I am moving my rigs back to ahash/zpool, even with their fees they are more profitable as they have better exchange management. I also expressed the same in discord, I wouldn't care paying a pool fee as long as I get good quality service, I understand that pool owners needs to invest his time doing pool maintenance, pay for hosting, internet, etc. it would be delusional to think that a project like this can be sustainable with out steady financial support as a long time project.

Unfortunately people like this can openly market theirs scam without no consequence... Too bad really.
Nobody should enter try this shit, the scam is obvious.
Why is this a scam? You mine and the computational that you use to help with protein goes directly to Stanford University scientists to find a cure for diseases such as diabetes, congenital diseases, Alzheimer's, etc. So Medic coin is not getting a dime from your mining. We pay you on the amounts of credit that you mined according to https://oracledoc.comWhat is scamming? According to the definition, "Scamming is a fraudulent scheme performed by a dishonest individual, group, or company in an attempt obtain money or something else of value." We gained nothing if you mining to help the scientists at Stanford University to find cure for diseases. If they do find cure for diseases that so many people suffer, then that is good for humanity. Medic Coin, reward you for putting your GPU to good use. The payout is on https://oracledoc.com . If you feel like the payout is not enough then don't mine. We get nothing from you, but if you decided to mine to contribute to humanity then everybody will thanks you. In your first post you are claiming $90 a day in profits with a single 1080ti, and that statement if far for being true at the time of the post. I can appreciate the principles behind what the project is trying to accomplish (I use to fold@home long ago), however opening a post with such a bold claims under current alt coin market conditions, that no one can not longer reproduce can be considered as false or ill advice for a personal benefit or agenda, and that my friend is a scam. Second, did you mine on Medic Coin team (team 234020) on February 28 with your 1080 TI, if no then you can not claim that this is not true. First, people with a single 1080Ti did earn $90 a day on 2/28 when the pool difficulty was very low. Early birds get the worm. Once the words get out that you can earn $90 a day then more mining power go to Folding at Home then the earning gets less. That is the true of all mining pool. It's true however you are still failing to make that disclaimer part of your original post. Honesty and transparency goes a long way, you could have attracted more people to your project if you have been more open and transparent from the start and disclose under what circumstances that statement was true (private or initial offering, etc) and not vaguely state how much someone can or will earn as you already stated its all unpredictable. and the fact that still fail to fully edit your initial post with more details about of this, stills smells like a scam. You also failing to explain the 30% premine and 10 days of private mining before public launch.

90 USD daily per 1080ti? Are you sure?
For the early miner. We gave out 2000 medic coins each day. One person with a 1080ti got 30% of the point per day of the pool. So he got 600 medic coins a day. At 15 cents per medic coin, 600 medic coins = $90. Like everything else, early miners got the rewards Thank you for the clarification. Now let me jump in my time machine and travel back in time.

Hi guys, i Have a problem with bencmarking DTSM miner....when its starts up it see all 6 cards but when its benchmarking it sees only gpu 0,1?? when it benchmarking i see the command line and it says 2 gpu`s -d 0,1 ?? did is somthing wrong? or a bug in the program? other benschmarks run fine sorry for my bad englisch its a bit rusty All explained here: https://github.com/nemosminer/NemosMiner-v2.5.2/blob/master/README.mdinstructions: edit startpoolname.bat 1.change BTC address to yours 2.select how many gpu's you have eg: (1gpu dstm 0 cc 0) (2gpu dstm 0 1 cc 0,1) (6gpu dstm 0 1 2 3 4 5 cc 0,1,2,3,4,5) 3.remove any algos you do not want to mine 4.save & run startpoolname.bat So if you have 6 gpus, you need to edit your start file with the following. -SelGPUDSTM '0 1 2 3 4 5' -SelGPUCC '0,1,2,3,4,5'

Is it normal for the Powershell istance to take 30% Cpu(currently mining X17 on ccminerpoltimos)?
I've seen those cpu usage spikes from powershell since switching to 2.5.1, regardless of which miner is running at the moment. No idea what's causing them. The increased cpu usage its due to brainplus (I think), I added the following line of code (borrowed from MPM) in NemosMinerv2.5.1.ps1 or NPlusMiner-v1.3.ps1 #Set process priority to BelowNormal to avoid hash rate drops on systems with weak CPUs (Get-Process -Id $PID).PriorityClass = "BelowNormal"
Right after the params, like so [Parameter(Mandatory=$false)] [Bool]$TrackEarnings = $True # Display earnings information )
#Set process priority to BelowNormal to avoid hash rate drops on systems with weak CPUs (Get-Process -Id $PID).PriorityClass = "BelowNormal"

Hey there, I have a problem, I used 0.15 btc to mine neoscrypt coin GBX, of course I set the password c=GBX, yet I received nothing, as far as I see, coins were mined as GBX and then auto exchanged to bunch of other coins, and I dont know where they are paid, or what happened in general? here is the address: https://www.zpool.ca/?address=GVtcgeFuSFyTS242FcQzSq1ZNndMZFty2SI tried it again, different address and same thing happened, wth? This is explained in the pool frontpage: Non-BTC payouts depend on that coin being mined as your BTC balance is traded internally by our system to your currency of choice. If we have not or are not mining that currency your payouts will be delayed until the pool has mined the blocks for you to get paid.
If you notice in the pools status that the currency is red, it means there is not sufficient amount of the currency to pay miner(s). It's recommended to use BTC as any other coin could be removed at anytime and payouts will not occur. Addresses that are older than 6 months without any mining are considered inactive. Inactive accounts are purged after 6 months and any remaining balances are forfeited. If a coin is NOT listed on the pool (except BTC) and you still choose to mine with that address, you risk not getting any payments. BTC is the only guaranteed payout currency.GBX IS MINED on zpool. I'd be perfectly fine with waiting until GBX block is found by miners on the pool (even if it takes days), but I AM NOT FINE with my mining proceeds being auto exchanged to coins I didn't specify in the "password" field. What can be done to fix this? Check your wallet - you got paid 15 minutes ago. Pls check the zpool interface, I got paid just 25 gbx, that is a payment for a very short mining period (my second attempt), yet the first mining period isn't paid. I should at least 100 gbx for that, if not more. Anyways, I contacted the admin, so we'll see what happens. Let it go, if you want to mine GBX use the official pool, no need to worry about exchanges and what not + lower fee ( 0.5% vs 2%) https://us1.gobyte.network/It doesn't make any sense to mine here.

I personally only mine here for BTC, If I wanted to mine a specific coin I would mine at that coin recommended pool, they usually have lower fees anyways.

May you replace the PalginHSR with the Justaminer HP version? The HP version gives me way more hashrate compared to the Palgin and to the "normal" jsutaminer one
thanks!
Numbers and hardware details might help a decision Nemo already replaced Palgin with Justaminer HP version due to full api support + no fee with equal or better performance. I opened a issue in your github with the miner file, or you can just pulled from Nemos repository. link? here I still see the PalginHSR https://github.com/MrPlusGH/NPlusMiner-1.3/tree/master/Miners https://github.com/MrPlusGH/NPlusMiner/issues/5Unzip and move to miners folder. it will download directly from Justaminer github.

I get an error when I launch the program http://prntscr.com/iig0jgWhen it tries to download the miners the error is: Invoke-WebRequest : The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel I get same error with NemosMiner 2.5.0 and startahashpoolplus.bat. On first launch it won't download any Miners, just gives "Invoke-WebRequest" errors. Then says "No Miners". What gives? Have you set your User Access Control to none? Then just start up batch regularly (no need for run as admin) That didn't help. https://imgur.com/a/RBW6ETried now and still the same problem. 2 days ago was working fine. My hour is synchronized. My uac is off. What is the problem this ssl connection? This error is due to a recent change in Github, you can either download latest master or edit "NPlusMiner-v1.3.ps1" yourself (in powershell or Notepad++) like this: Before: [String]$MPHApiKey #API Key for MiningPoolHubStats.com )
$CurrentProduct = "NPlusMiner After: [String]$MPHApiKey #API Key for MiningPoolHubStats.com ) [Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = "tls12, tls11, tls" $CurrentProduct = "NPlusMiner

Pinpins. I really want to support your pool (don't mind the fee) but things like this (see screenshot) really worries me. Wallet: 1E38chNM4ZnXqu5kKimQdUjSGu2otmgmzS I have mined in other YIMP fork pools (ahashpool, zpool, hashrefinery, etc) and never seen anything like this. Could you please explain what happened to balance ??
