1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoinTracking - Profit/Loss Portfolio and Tax Reporting for Digital Currencies on: May 23, 2018, 12:56:10 PM

Initially the ethereum wallet address i connected to my Cointracking account was updating automatically, albeit on a bit of a delay in some cases more then a day's time.  Now the wallet address is not updating at all.  I can view coin balance in MetaMask and recent transactions are no longer being reflected in Cointracking.  Has anyone experienced this problem, or have a fix?  I had thought about deleting the address using "edit transaction job" and then creating a new transaction job.  But part of me thinks it is more likely to create a bigger headache.
Please try to re create the import job and let me know if it worked.

"Recreating" as in DELETE that ETH address and then start from scratch?  Or create another transaction job on top as if it were new?  The later was already attempted and it does not work.  I attempted this as a way to force a refresh or a reboot of the call to the address.  Sadly it just generates a message tells me that the address already is part of a transaction job.  This leaves me with delete it, then create it again as the only untested solution to try.  I am reluctant to try without some form of guidance to specifically take the delete action.

So dominik, I decided to decided to give it an attempt using the DELETE option.  Some tokens updated after this, but my ETH balance is incorrect still.  I will try a few more times to see if cycling through the same process somehow triggers a refresh that an earlier iteration did not.
