It has been an honor serving this network with you, guys.
I did not achieve my objective of ethereum tho.  Sad

Wall socket with surge protector are weak don't use them instead install thunder protection in your home, with better thunder protection you don't need to worry about thunder destroying anything you have in your home, the one I installed in my home is sitting right on top of my roof and wired straight down into the ground with right equipments
What if the thunder strikes the electric pole or the electric wire going from pole to pole?

2nd question Smiley Smiley
Am I the only one who can't connect to ethermine server?
Even the pre made ''tbminer_ethermine_eth'' file doesnt work.

gj again for this wonderfull miner!! A1!!

I am trying to disable TBM on my LHR card because the result are not as good as with other miner.
However when I disable GPU 0,4 it give me this error.
Tried to use --cuda-devices [1,2,3,5] --cl-devices [6,7] it works for disabling the GPU's 0 and 4 but will not mine with AMD GPU like it does not even take the "--cl-devices" argument.

I don't know how I can solve this can you maybe help on this one ?

I can help! Cheesy

Try

-Y [1,2,3,5,6,7]

Am I the only one who doesnt understand how to disable one of my two GPU??  Shocked Sad
Tried
-Y 0
-Y 1

This miner seems faster for one of my two gpus, that's the reason I'm asking Smiley

Gained 4 mh/s on my vega just by running your last release!
Thank you!

And officially confirmed. Commit team was the one that made first BTC Monero atomic swaps. Small step for Monero, giant leap for Bitcoin.

Hi,
Let's say I'm a beginner without much cli experience and I want to trade some of my moneros for bitcoins.
Can I use this?
I've checked a bit but I'm not sure...
Is there a guide? I'm not familiar with github, i dont even have an account lol

Thanks xx

Hello,
Was getting around 9.100mh with a 570 4gb,
now getting 7.800, by starting miner by myself or with nicehash.
Anyone?

Thanks

Anyone thinking all this is to bring monero price down, so he can buy more during this time?

Hello! Do you update miner for monero fork friday?
Thank you, I've been using your miner for almost a year!

Are those variations of voltage and core clocks normal in my vega?
My rx 570 is pretty stable beside

...

disable Crossfire Auto link und ulps in registry (EnableULPS=0 and EnableCrossFireAutoLink=0)
set compute mode for polaris card in Radeon Settings (from "gaming" to "computing")

but important...check the guides...this two things are just two from x important things you have to check

Thanks for your help, did both but it didnt change anything.
Overclocking gives me +2-4% max before becoming unstable, memory and clock, even after rebooting.
I'm really welcoming any important thing you suggest me to check! Smiley

Thats... the main thing that you need to try.

Clocking doesnt get me far, I'll try mem strap if you suggest me some guide/instructions.
Btw how do I give some merit/rep points?
thanks

Hi it's me again, I bought a 570 4gb.
Now in my system I have a vega56 and this new 570 4gb strix.
Config is 7+7,16+14 and give me the best results (I tried everything else)

No bios mod and no clocking, no mem strap.
570 is in slot1 (pci express 3.0 8x) and vega 56 is in slot2 (pci expresse 3.0 16x) with a hdmi connected.

I'm getting only 638 and 1780h/s, is this normal? What to try beside mem strap, bios mod and clocking?? Thanks for your help!

Is it normal that with drivers 18.5.1 I had 1850h/s and now i installed 18.11.2 (for battlefield5) and I have 1130h/s with vega 56

I didnt change shit on config

You know, this is a little interesting. Nanopool has a broken rpc implementation which causes issues when e.g. submitting two or more shares in quick succession. Now, we assumed that we'd still get replies for all submitted shares, but there could cases where they actually drop rpc requests. I didn't do the fix though, need to check with todxx.

Comparing pool payouts is a different thing though. Unless you're sure the pools hit exactly 100% avg luck over the same period, it doesn't say much. The poolside hashrate displayed in the miner should match your miner hashrate minus dev fee and any rejected shares. If that looks good, we can't really do much more from a miner dev perspective. If that number is ok, but the pool reports a different hashrate, something is fishy.

After mining for a while on supportxmr, everything was good, readings on miner were avg 1850h/s and pool 1790h/s.
Yesterday my readings were avg 1850h/s and pool was down at 1750, now I'm down at avg 1850h/s and pool 1662h/s.

I've also switched to this pool yesterday, two really slow miners sometime before readings. I'll try switching them back to another pool..!

Can you guys provide a bit more information?
How long did you run the miner?
How many shares were submitted to the pool during your test?
Where any shares rejected?  Were there any hw errors?
How does the pool report hashrate?  Are you looking at a 24 hour average reported by the pool?
Which of the 3 hashrates printed by the miner are you comparing to the pool hashrate?

Can you post the output of the miner at the end of your test?

I've run the miner for a good 4-5 days on nanopool, each time I checked, saw the average xmr mined approx. 7% lower then whattomine and cryptocompare resulted (with deducing pool and dev fee) and hashrate 6% lower.
I've run on supportxmr for 24hours, still 6% lower. But now It seems more reasonable after 48 hours... will update!

I don't know about shares, supportxmr adds all my other miners.
No share rejected, no hw errors.
I am comparing the last hashrate of the miner, (pool)

Maybe nanopool was the problem, maybe because I have other, less powerfull miners on it?

Great job on this miner!
But, does anyone know why I get 1.850kh/s on average on my miner with 1x vega56 and on two different pools (nano and supportxmr) I get an average of approx. 1.75kh/s ?

Thank you!

Is it possible that gpu 0 and gpu 1 have inverse link to sensors?
I mean, I know I'm mining with avermore with my amd 270 gpu1 but the actual readings of my gpu1 are placed on gpu 0.

The cards seem to be hashing just fine! The poolside hashrate displayed here is based on the accepted shares found per gpu. Don’t know how long you ran before snapping the hashrates, but your Vegas have found 8 vs 7 shares, not that many. The found shares have probably bumped your pool diff as well, making it even more difficult for the smaller cards to find shares at this point.

I’m guessing that when I’m writing this most gpus have found shares?

Do you suggest that I should mine to two different pools/wallet?
One for my 1x vega and one for my 3x 7870 ?

Thanks!
