At this point i would almost rather force him into bankruptcy than continue this charade... The MTGox BS sounds so close to what we have been dealing with but on an accelerated schedule. Makes me thinks I'm a fool for giving my continued trust.
4  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 14, 2013, 09:04:33 PM
Well said Klee! Did you know someone started a popularity voting booth for him? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=311309.0

Also an interesting note on the troll.. He has yet, as far as I can find, to have added his funds to the list. Just trolling? Based on other threads, I would guess so...

Think more negative trust is in order... Next? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=127503

Ahh, the ignore button is AWESOME!!
5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The 2nd Stage Server Con ( Currently ~$2,000,000 ) 2 MILLION DOLLARS!! on: December 11, 2013, 10:52:10 PM
Danny's involvement began just 2 weeks ago, and never once did he mention any technical problems.

6  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] IceDrill.ASIC IPO (500 Thash Mining Operation powered by HashFast) on: December 11, 2013, 06:14:54 PM
Yeah, read a lot of other offers, got scared off by most. Been watching and waiting for a while now for these shares to be tradeable again so I can possibly get in on the action. The delays are regrettable, but have been handled very well and were beyond IceDrill's control.
7  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Finally! I can use my bitcoins anonymously anywhere in the world! on: December 10, 2013, 06:19:17 PM
oyvinds, can you tell me how this proves the site is a scam? It sure is looking like it at the moment but I'm not understanding your post. Many people use an identity protection service for domain registration. bitcointalk uses whoisguard.
8  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 10, 2013, 12:25:30 AM
Nope, not saying in anyway that laws were not broken. They obviously were, and we all knew that when we invested our coins! What I am saying is he is not alone in this endeavor, he has a partner everyone seems to forget about, and the quickest link to follow from the site to law enforcement would be via the website and business registration.

That said, any involvement of SEC or ASIC will more than likely not result in any of your funds being returned to you. ASIC actually states that you would need to attempt that on your own.

If people are not willing to try and legally get their funds back, and also are unwilling to pursue the criminal route, continued posting here is pointless.
9  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 10, 2013, 12:02:16 AM
If that is the case, I welcome it!!! My WeExchange coins are gone and through this deal, if it did exist, I might actually get something back! Awesome!
10  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 09, 2013, 11:49:44 PM
No one here seems to really get it.

This information was posted before but I guess not everyone has kept up with the thread. Go ahead and try to file something with the SEC if you like however I don't believe it will do you any good. There is a WeExchange registered in the US however the actual website site is registered and owned by WeExchange Australia PTY.LTD. (ACN: 152 308 23). With Graeme Tee (Graet) and Jon Montroll (Ukyo) as the sole owners/directors. Nowhere within the United States legal system can I find anything that links the US company with the actual website or Australian organization.

All of this has been previously posted

All documentation supporting documentation for this claim can be found here:

A sample ASIC (Australian Securities and Investment Commission) can be found here:

A free text sample of the complaint can be found here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bza0Sx1iSRWqNjhEdHRhM2RLMzA/edit?usp=sharing

A conversation with  Graeme regarding my intent to file an ASIC complaint can be found here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bza0Sx1iSRWqZEVscUZFeDVJaFE/edit?usp=sharing

A conversation with Ukyo where he states that I may, if I wish, file an ASIC complaint and it will be handled appropriately.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bza0Sx1iSRWqZEVscUZFeDVJaFE/edit?usp=sharing

The involvement of Neo & Bee at this point can only be a good thing. Based on the above documentation, it was already a really good guess that our funds with WeExchange were gone. While I believe that Jon is trying his best to redeem the situation, his management of it too date has been very poor.

Neo & Bee just got involved in this situation and as mentioned previously by others, they are trying to help. Lets give them that chance before going on the offensive with them. I for one am glad they are involved and have stated that they are working toward some means to return everyones coins to them. The coins with WeExchange are gone and someone is going out of their way to try and help you get them back!

If you feel you need to take action, the ASIC forms are provided above, and you are free to contact a lawyer for legal advice at any time. Continuing to complain on these forums is a waste of everyones time.

Let us know if you get it back. Would be good to know this is not a scam.

I had not used the service because some of the prices seemed too high. I received an email from them the other day though saying that due to the increase in BTC, they were drastically reducing them.
13  Economy / Service Discussion / Finally! I can use my bitcoins anonymously anywhere in the world! on: November 27, 2013, 12:55:50 PM
Just found BitPlastic where you can manage a wallet that provides funds to a Visa debit card for use with any online retailer, point of sale retailer or ATM.

I have not tried this service yet so do not consider this an endorsement. Just an interesting development.

[18:04] <@Ukyo> ...at this point shit "has" hit the fan
[18:04] <@Ukyo> just to what level is the issue...

People need information in order to make decisions.
As has been requested, shitfanleaks will be periodically posting information.
This will be done until Ukyo, aka Jon Montroll of Texas, processes and pays ALL pending weexchange withdrawals to ALL users.

Information posted here this time is of the public domain.

http://www.corporationwiki.com/Texas/Fort-Worth/jon-montroll/37602852.aspx

"Cologuys, Inc. located at Fort Worth, TX filed as a Domestic For-Profit Corporation in the State of Texas on Wednesday, December 13, 2006. This corporation is no longer active according to documents filed with Texas Secretary of State.
Jon Montroll's of Texas past corporate interests include the President of Cologuys, Inc. and the Director of Weexchange, Inc. located in Dallas, TX"

More to come. shitfanleaks will stop posting as soon as Jon Montroll from Texas has processed and payed ALL pending weexchange withdrawals to ALL users.
Users having information, leaks and/or links and wanting it to be published just send a PM.

Let me correct some miss information. Per a conversation with Graet, WeExchange is operated by two companies. WeExchange Australia (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bza0Sx1iSRWqcDh0bXZGVXRTSU0/edit?usp=sharing) and WeExchange US. I have done a LOT of research into both organizations.

The US company is now registered in Delaware: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bza0Sx1iSRWqb0RwTVp3SnVCdms/edit?usp=sharing

Sorry for the chunks... Ukyo has not talked this much in a long time so I keep expecting he is done.

[18:05] <@Ukyo> thanks
[18:07] <kanoi> Well - just to state the obvious - you'll need to explain how a wallet issue has turned into some other issue coz otherwise few will believe you (since the original issue was simply a wallet issue)
[18:07] <@Ukyo> yeah
[18:07] <@Ukyo> that will all be explained.
[18:08] <@Ukyo> whats being done to resolve the situation, whos involved, etc

[18:13] <nsa_> Tongue
[18:13] <w|zzy> my problem is a different one though..
[18:13] <@Ukyo> your reserve will be fixed tonight/tomorrow
[18:13] <@Ukyo> then your in the same boat
[18:14] <@Ukyo> the old beta is shut down
[18:14] <@Ukyo> kanoi: well, no worries about that being in the explanation
[18:14] <kanoi> Smiley
[18:14] <@Ukyo> the only funds I spent was from the loan stuff
[18:14] <w|zzy> that's fine. I don't have any withdrawals in place

[18:03] <VinceSamios> you're right
[18:03] <@Ukyo> the full story is not complete yet.
[18:03] <@Ukyo> until that time consider all of this guess work at best.

[18:05] <@Ukyo> to resolve it and insure everyone is taken care of to the best of my ability
[18:05] <VinceSamios> IF you need any help let me know - I'm going to chill now with my wife and an episode of something
[18:05] <@Ukyo> thanks

[17:58] <kanoi> so the issue has now changed from being a wallet issue into some other issue ....
[17:59] <@Ukyo> kanoi: this is why there will be a public announcement
[17:59] <@Ukyo> so everythings 100% complete and together on exactly what/when/how/why

[17:59] <@Ukyo> Just waiting on confirmation of the final peice
20  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The People VS. Ukyo (AKA WeExchange 2nd Stage Scam)! Currently ~$1,000,000 on: November 25, 2013, 12:16:25 PM
In an IRC conversation between me and Graet, playing proxy between myself and Ukyo, I was told that Ukyo would make a statement to either myself personally or to the public today. Based on the nature of that conversation I fully expect Ukyo to follow through and provide a statement of some form. Sadly, I have no insight into what said statement may include.
