Hi B3 Dev team. I had my coins in my b3 wallet, transfered them to coinsmarkets. That was yesterday 02 jan, nothing has arrived on coinsmarket and my b3 balance shows zero. can you help. Thanks.

I have never posted on discord how when I signed in and try to post my querie there, I am not permitted to. I don't know why. And yes I do not have the latest wallet. I have but version 3.0.0.1 I see there is a new version out. What do I do now?
Strange, anyway you need to update to the newest wallet and resync. Older wallets had issue with staying on the correct chain.
To resync, delete the files in %appdata%\Roaming\B3-CoinV2 except for wallet.dat and b3coin.conf.
Do NOT EVER delete wallet.dat, keep a backup on another device all the time.
b3coin.conf should be empty too
It might take an hour or two but you will get back to the right chain after the sync.
In the mean time you could check your real wallet balance by searching your receive address into block explorer at https://chainz.cryptoid.info/b3/. If it shows your coins then you are good
Thanks. I have checked the received address on https://chainz.cryptoid.info/b3/ The result is "no matching result". And my B3 wallet is empty it shows the coins have been send to this coinsmarket address : SSKUpkLNMCxJQ9d8RNKVLbtAvLdvfmJ4VD with 113 confirmations. Yet my coinsmarket balance is zero.
