If you bump your thread, please delete previous one. Otherwise it can be reported- its against rules  About LoL accounts- what if you get ban, is the account banned or also your IP ? I forgot to delete them, but I'm always deleting old bumps, there would be dozens of them if I weren't doing so  Regarding your comment, if the account is banned, it doesn't affect your IP at all as far as I know, atleast on EUW.
