What a level... how many time you think is needed to transfer agoras tokens from omniwallet to bittrex again?? 5 minutes at most.. so if price raises so much as you pretend people will simply transfer tokens to bittrex again in order to sell so the price drops and drops one more time!!! |

No, it becomes harder to buy so it will command a higher price.  It has just been a pump & dump, and the coming dump is going to be hard... |

My main question is: Why Cuckoo PoW instead of PoS? Ok it is a new type of PoW but... in any case PoS is better! You do not have to waste any hardware for getting coins!! It is true that PoS has some points to improve, but Cuckoo PoW is also experimental... so I do not get the point. In my opinion PoW is old and was chosen when Aeternity designed the ICO... the new projects are all born with PoS. The old projects that are able to migrate (such Ethereum) are also trying to migrate to PoS. So, in my opinion, the basis of Aeternity is not innovative by beginning, so the project is destined to fail cause does not offer new relevant features (as I posted in my first post). If somebody can refute this argue to me, I can reconsider my opinion about AE.

And do not tell me that Oracles are a disruptive new feature please... come on, do not be naive... that was just hype for the ICO and this is a fucking ridiculous point compared with Tezos or Cardano roadmap. Or check Tauchain, and will know what is really disruptive and not just a cheap copycat like Aeternity.
lol your post in itself is ridiculous but you know what made it outrageously stupid? Elorpar says: "not just a cheap copycat like Aeternity" while Elorpar wears a DeepOnion signature. Rolling on the floor dude  I provided rational argues, if you want to keep in AE expecting lambos, whores and boats like a fanboy it is your choice. |

I am not a trader, but a technical investor, so I do not have any interest of saying this besides that I am seeing a lot of people investing on AE because of the recent pump, so I am afraid about this good but uninformed people.
My posts have been removed from the AE's subreddit which talks a lot about the integrity of the moderators, the transparency of the project. My opinions are technical, but I have not gotten any technical answer, just descalifications.
Please guys, it is not about FUD... provide to the community (is somebody there?) some rational discussion, do not be just fanboys inserting lambo memes and talking about technology that is not disruptive but you think it is because of the hype.
-Scalability is already in process with Tezos/Cardano/Tauchain.. how AE pretends to solve it? Nobody knows
-Erlang has nothing to do against oCaml and formal veritification
-Why PoW/PoS if you can have only PoS? Maybe the first CTO knew it, the third one probably has no idea
-The team of course is not gold if you compare it with Tezos/Cardano/Tauchain which have PhD teams, relevant genious from universities, people who started at university at 13 years old like Ohad Asor
-Regarding the most hyped thing in AE... Oracles ... every smart contract platform uses Oracles. Aeternity claimed to create decentralized Oracles during the ICO in order to create hype and taking money. However this was a stupid concept with nonsense (you do not need decentralized Oracles, with 3 different trusted Oracles for contrasting the info is pretty enough. And how can you verify the data is correct in order to reward it, if what actually you need is trusted data for first time?). So they are already changing that hype concept for the tradicional trusted Oracles.... the team is now focused in hypening the project as much as possible before people discover it is unrelevant, in order to take the maximum profit of it as they Know they have nothing to do against Tezos, Tauchain, Cardano or Ethereum.
-Hackings are bad signls about insecurity, here is no discussion please........
-There is no marketing about the real dev working because they just want hype for pump/dump. There is no dev relevant work to show, just copycat work
My conclusion: People must be informed that AE is a cheap copycat, this is not bad not good, but the reality itself.

Aeternity does not offer anything new. How can it compete with Cardano, Tezos and Ethereum? By team, roadmap, budget, community... Aeternity was just a hype for scamming a few poor guys during the ICO... and now is just an excuse for pump&dump groups, you only just need to see its subreddit. So many dev team changes, so many delays, so many hackings, such a fucking epic fail! Even Ethereum Classic has more attractive than this...

Hi, I am a newbie trying to setup a MasterNode... and I do not know what I should introduce in "output index".
Also, I do not know which % of reward is reasonable (10-20%?)
Finally, should be the IP/port estatic or it can be also dynamic? Public or private?

How can I increment my staking success probability (besides of increasing my stake... something related with connections/nodes)? Is it worth to transfer the coins to a stacking pool? I have 26 Millions and I have not gotten reward in 7 days.
