1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POW][CLO] Callisto Network - Cold Staking & Security Audits on: September 04, 2020, 05:15:23 AM

Bitfinex delisted the CLO/BTC pair.

They should have delisted the USD pair, the BTC pair was doing well. Maybe the community needs to drum up positive action for all the work being done and get some volume happening so this sort of negative market spiral doesn't perpetuate. At some point it is out of the developers hands...

They update through the crypto-winter, they update through the bull, they update through the crash, they update through everything.. I really don't understand what people want/expect to see happen with Callisto. It has constant development and functionality.... and continues to develop and release new features in earnest. Cryptospace is irrational garbage at the best of times.

Don't let PRICE tell you what you're worth. Should be CLO's motto going forward.

Warning

Also beware of the https://heatbit.com/ sponsor on the explorer...

I've dug as much as I can... and there is a high chance it won't happen.

1. the company pretends to be where it is listed at, but that address is associated with a virtual locality renter.

2. there are very minimal specifics about the mining equipment, and wen questioned they are vague at best.

3. it could be legit, in that case it is the cheapest mining rig... and one of the only products shipping world wide out of america for FREE,
kek from an independent business.

4. just be cautious in general in cryptospace :<<

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW]HOMIHELP - Premium real-time Live chat solution with integrated Help desk. on: September 04, 2020, 04:45:28 AM
TL;DR $HOMI token by HomiHelp is a Scam coin.

Firstly: Callisto Dev Dexaran does auditing too.

In regards to your Scam claim, someone doing a venture seeking to profit from that work cannot be said a scam. Sure you can question their motivations but wanting to make money doesn't make it a scam. The circulating supply issue could be a reporting issue with CMC, where as CoinGecko reports it as unknown, and market-cap as unknown. You have not looked into why this is the case.

Many of these projects that ride on Waves, or Ethereum... do so as they are not blockchain developers, but application makers.. or marketers... this is a part of the attractive ecosystem of projects like DOT, people can purchase hosting for their blockchain, without needing to build it from the ground up, or run their own nodes. But on the other hand, people with a blockchain developing idea can code on an existing base like Substrate and still come off as experimental and exciting. So there are multiple uses for riding on another blockchain -- you have simply identified that this project is the former not the latter.

Cryptospace is a diverse place with many different applications for its use. The price sky rocketing on HomiHelp is more the market mentality than it is the fault of the team behind this ambition.

A coin like NANO is about pioneering DAG technology VS. other methods of POW or POS chains, not using blocks . et cetera... its purpose is to offer a money gateway... and so... these economics you mention would be more concerning there.

In this instance, HomiHelp is just a novel idea from a creator with lots of experience with these kinds of marketing ideas... as you point out. The hope obviously is, if this idea takes hold in the western market.. then they will use revenue generated to further develop the idea for greater adoption. Or use their revenue to go into other ideas they have, as it is their revenue... this is the difference between the cryptomarket and the stock market... HomiHelp has delivered what they promised, and they may have never promised it to be the most amazing thing you've ever seen... or that it will still be around in 2 or 10 years. But cryptospace is a developing market, which means people come here to try their luck... and develop upon their ideas. You cannot deny HomiHelp is an idea, but in YOUR opinion, it is a scam.

If you're going to shoot something down before it has even gotten off the ground, then you are the con-artists, for bringing such negativity into a community without any want to contribute.

You are right in mentioning the general etiquette that people should not FOMO into things and FUD out of things, and be more level headed with their money, but that is not upto HomiHelp to control. As marketers they may won't to capitalize on this crazy cryptospace mentality, but you cannot blame them for the price in any way.

You have contributed FUD knowing full well the sensitive ecosystem of hysterical investors that exist in this space, so would you be happy to see people lose money based on your claim it is a scam, which would ultimately prove you right... all we can truly say then is that this is wishful thinking...

Your evidence is fickle at best, in terms of being a SCAM.
It is not un-valuable information to an investor, so maybe you could simply share the information without any conclusion or accusation attached and people can make up their own minds, not be swayed by your FUD.

This model of project, and 'onecoin' or 'bitconnect' have absolutely NO similarities in anyway (contextual to the cryptospace environment).... bitconnect had its own chain for one thing. Holding majority of supply is always of concern, but you didn't look into the whitepaper and tell us what their distribution plan was or anything, and it is the duty of the person making the scam claim to do the work and produce the information, not for people witnessing it to go and prove you wrong.

Why not simply ask them what their plan is for the FUND account which holds majority supply how will they use this to better the investment, will they consider distributing it to users to promote adoption? This is how constructive contribution looks like in a project.. we talk about what is best.

Yes the discord does look empty and the invite link seems to be broken atm. But some projects don't focus on running a discord. You could suggest they hold more community activities and discussions there, but it isn't a SCAM just because it has little interest as a community front.

The fact they have a vanity title on the Develop FUNDS account, really highlights they were not intending on hiding away the total supply from anyone. All your accusation means is that the rank on CoinMarketCap is mis-represented, and people need to do their own math to figure out the true rank of HomiHelp at the moment. But i've hung around in many projects that have issues with CMC and struggle to get them resolved... so you cannot use this to base your scam claim.

Your opinion that something is over valued and your reasons WHY is NOT... an investigation into criminality and it is not proof any SCAM has taken place, or WILL take place. It is just YOUR opinion. And I am not saying your opinion is wrong or right, I am saying that MY opinion is.... you're talking out of your arse (with the accusation) and your 'research' is just basic common sense for most people... to check before buying anything. You have valid points but not in context of your conclusion.

Also the fact they have gotten listings with revenue from this crazy market, and seek partnerships with the rapport investors have given to them by CHOOSING TO INVEST, shows they are dedicated to getting this thing off the ground. They didn't cash out and run... they reinvested the sold tokens into listings and expanding the usefulness of the program. If they get rich off it, like I said, this isn't the stock market, there isn't that sort of COMPANY ACCOUNTABILITY OF EXPENDITURES, you're in the wrong market if you're comparing the two at this point in the game. The fact they have listings and partnerships... in your OPINION is evidence that it is a SCAM... which shows your bias when assessing information to begin with.

Disclaimer: I hold no HomiHelp and I am not an investor or affiliated with it in anyway, I am just a potential investor who has to waste their time sifting through your false claims, because you provided inadequate information. But your user experience is valuable, just don't call it a SCAM, that is not your conclusion to make, even if you've decided not to buy this particular shitcoin... out of THOUSANDS. Some projects in the top 200 don't even HAVE a product... so you're hardly revealing anything awe inspiring... this project looks like it is just getting started and it has more going on than most (which isn't an endorsement it is just a common sense observation.)
3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Victims of Oyster Pearl $PRL October 2018 sought on: August 24, 2020, 06:11:42 AM
what about early investors from 2017? everyone was affected by the dump, besides those who bought the dump -- who still lost money but at a risk they chose to take. we didn't choose the risk, we know PRL and SHL were going to be really good for the crypto-conomy.

is there anyway to get the OPQ airdrop if we kept our SHL on metamask/eth wallet?
4  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: W A R N I N G Exonium.one exchange is a trap/scam on: August 16, 2020, 03:57:51 AM
Full disclosure:

And the USDT showed up today, finally have it back where I sent it from minus fees.

Perhaps if they remove their strange policy about cancelling orders, this kind of bug wouldn't arise and the exchange could debatably be usable.

I'm calling it SOLVED. but i'm skeptical about their sincere operation of an exchange.
5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: W A R N I N G Exonium.one exchange is a trap/scam on: August 14, 2020, 02:46:06 PM
SO.... to update everyone so they can make their own properly informed decision.
My balance is now free, in the form of USDT. Upon withdrawing they set gwei 70, it has been 5 hours so far as it is safe low 105 gwei gas rate atm.

They told me I shouldn't be surprised as it is Ethereum, implying it is my fault for trying to withdraw an ERC20 token.
Rather than their fault i'm not withdrawing EOS instead because their exchange is not functional enough to be able to buy it.

All in all, fun times. Been a wild couple of weeks being patronized over a small bit of tether.

I'm starting to believe that other guys post about being robbed outright.
6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: W A R N I N G Exonium.one exchange is a trap/scam on: August 10, 2020, 10:11:03 AM
thanks for the protocol. they are tied to consentium and I was looking to capitalize on the update news. as mentioned, I only used the exchange for a few minutes before being stuck there. so I don't use this exchange persay, as it is un-usable.

it seemed semi legit.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POW][CLO] Callisto Network - Cold Staking & Security Audits on: August 09, 2020, 04:43:05 PM
garbage

baseless opinion. very under rated considering it fends off 51% attacks better than ETC for example. there is a lot happening here considering it is near rank 900. there are probably 300 dead projects above CLO on CMC, and 200 scams. that is a lot of space to make up in the over sold department, compared to the competition.

cold-staking works well, CLO pioneered its space and it is still plodding along, it hasn't made any promises it hasn't kept to...

people dumping something down isn't a reason to be jaded about it.

there could easily be a bright future here... who knows maybe the mogul cryptos see a threat and they buy it up and dump it, who knows.

that's the point... baseless opinions aren't valuable in the unknown.
8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: W A R N I N G Exonium.one exchange is a trap/scam on: August 09, 2020, 04:15:14 AM
still stuck on Exonium trash-tier exchange
9  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: W A R N I N G Exonium.one exchange is a trap/scam on: August 04, 2020, 06:00:05 AM
It wasn't the wrong 2FA, I literally just had setup my account 10mins before.
And the 2FA is titled EXONIUM and is the most recent. It started working again after I told them I have the backup code and "this is ridiculous."

But my funds are still stuck even now, and instead of helping they have resorted to mocking me.

Look at my order bottom of image (the one that has the option to 'cancel' not yet clicked),
then compare to the live buy/sell price on the order book.

Now look at the order book, at the order i'm buying has gone down by the amount I executed.
From 6 to 1, and my order is for 5EOS. But look.. my order has 0% filled and now the only option I have left to do is cancel it right???

Now look at all the order stuck cancelling. All of these should have been executed as above.
Note in the first image the 2.8usdt order is a bot that pops up and vanishes very fast, the screenshot got it, but that wasn't the order I was trying to buy.

Also they only allow whole EOS purchases which leaves you with dust.
They also put in their support information, you can be blocked for cancelling orders:

SO on an exchange which has an issue no other exchange has.... they also have a policy to punish people for being victims of this isssue?

I've traded on over 40 exchanges... I've been in many traps and many scams.. from C-Cex xvg robbery to Coinsmarkets ddos, Cryptopia hack, Nova lockout, tradesatoshi exitscam. et cetera.

I know a trap when i'm in one and this exchange is highly suspicious conduct and my USDT was stuck there from 10 minutes after registering.
In a technical glitch they refuse to acknowledge.

They said to me "it doesn't make sense for us to take a mere 149USDT from you, take a chill pill".... lmao

Even if they do end up releasing my USDT or EOS what ever the case may be, it is likely a mechanism they use to trade peoples liquidity on the D-Low.
I've seen Yobit and TradeSatoshi do the same thing.

I will rephrase my warning.... Exonium has been arogant to deal with, and they are not fit to run a website let alone a cryptocurrency exchange,
whether they are intentionally scamming anyone, is unknown. But I felt compelled to warn people, to be cautious here.

In response to your reply about the 2FA procedure, they asked me in support email when my 2FA wasn't working for my ID, I told them it wouldn't help as I had just setup my account and wasn't verified yet (then 2FA started working again as aforementioned). But that is also a trap. They say verification is not required, 2BTC withdrawal limit, an 100BTC limit if you submit documents.

I'm used to high withdrawal fees and lying about KYC requirements from Hitbtc, and Exonium hasn't asked me for verification again. They responded to my support reply saying "as mentioned your account is locked due to wrong 2FA", but I can login fine now... and it isn't locked. And they said they are investigating the EOS/USDT trading issue and "Do look forward to our update regarding your EOS trade" in those words.

Like how much does EOS need to drop before they are going to give me my executed order, which should have gone through at the time I made it. At the precise price of the sell order... and as shown; the sell order decreased by the amount of my order. I did this last one to demonstrate...
The other orders you see cancelling... all of those the full sell order vanished as I completely filled it.. with my buy order. I still have 1.35% of my funds stuck in USDT because they don't allow you to buy a fraction of one EOS ... haha.. it is alllllll veeryyyy susssppicious.

See... all of my USDT stuck in orders that won't cancel... and 2.1 USDT dust I can't spend, and cost 2USDT to withdraw...
And you can convert dust to their trash tier CSM token, which is redundant on their own exchange whilst the swapped version
is happening on digifinex atm. Jeheesus. Could they be any less subtle.
10  Economy / Scam Accusations / SOLVED Exonium.one exchange is a trap/scam on: July 29, 2020, 02:42:43 AM
this exchange is a scam. their trading doesn't work and they lock you for cancelling orders that should have gone through anyway. then your google 2fa is rejected and they lock you out. i've traded on over 40 exchanges, and this is an obvious scam, i've only been on 4 other scammy exchanges like this trash-tier one before. W A R N I N G

I've been there 40 minutes and they've already scammed me. they run exonium like ccp run china.

so everyone in the ICO gets free access and use of the platform as I remember from ICO pitch? the demo looked good enough from ICO, how much development does that much ETH pays for. hopefully they will allow a community to form instead of banning anyone who talks in discord or where ever Smiley maybe they can afford an exchange listing when they get back from holiday to the holiday office. maybe not.

fuck this dead shitcoin

Why you think its shitcoin?
I see the price around $0.0006 for years.
Its pretty stable.

looooooool, pretty stable means dead as fuck for years, esp at that price.
this is the prob with crypto, complacent idiots!!!! loooooooooooool

CLO is PREMINE SCAM

DEXARAN who create CLO is DUMPING EACH DAY FREE TREASURY CLO

CALLISTO is SCAM COIN TO MAKE DEXARAN RICH

Proof?

It doesn't look pre-mined on cmc, treasury funds need to be sold to get exchange listings et cetera. the reason 'many funds' would be being sold is because the price is so low that to accomplish anything, quite a bit has to be converted out. can you provide any evidence for your claim?

Callisto is already bottom value... no scammer would 'dump' all their hard work down the drain... the network is updating and development is continuing regardless of the negative community fud. Basically people fud others into selling cheap... then others rage at the price being cheap and they fud and dump... it is a herd of lemmings... all weak hands should just leave... sell your clo and leave the community you aren't a part of.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: May 19, 2020, 11:29:38 PM
I miss XBR, it was doing so well. Anyone else think Nano should just be a fork of XRB so Raiblocks could implement different things to Nano? Yes I know they are the same, but the branding was ACE already, and had so much justified hype. Also I miss Nanex. Such a good exchange. RVN being ranked higher than Nano is a joke considering Nanex pumped it into existence.

Laters. Should Nano fork Raiblocks back into existence as an experimental staking sidechain, which pays for Nano hodl in RaiBlocks ORIGINAALLLEEEEEEE

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POW][CLO] Callisto Network - Cold Staking & Security Audits on: May 17, 2020, 02:49:41 AM
Callisto is under-rated, rank 825. Just because crypto dove in 2018 doesn't mean people should trash active development projects.
The cold staking works. A little confusing with the 28-day cool down for withdrawing. But implementation has been above expectation. Volume is not too low. Callisto is on:

https://www.bitforex.com/en/spot/clo_eth

Which i've grown to trust.

https://www.bitfinex.com/t/CLO:BTC

Which is a massive volume exchange.

https://hitbtc.com/exchange/CLO-to-BTC

Which is one of the top exchanges in liquidity (and they don't fake volume).

https://app.stex.com/en/trade/pair/BTC/CLO/1D

Stex I have liked for a while and is growing in popularity.

https://sistemkoin.com/trade/CLO_BTC

The largest exchange in Turkey.

https://www.altilly.com/market/CLO_BTC

Which is an under-rated grass roots haven.

And so on...

The main issue facing Callisto is internal community FUD and people shitting where they eat.
ETC being salty. Et Cetera

Query:

I'm curious about the eos swap mentioned in the updated white paper, and wonder if Polkadot chainswap might bring the exposure Callisto deserves.

Kind regards,

Fan
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [LIFE] Token | Card | Reward | Simply for everyday people | Launched on: May 13, 2020, 12:44:54 AM
msg to team:

your token runs on ethereum, there is no operating costs besides mining fees for users. you are shredding atleast 8btc worth of listings.
'the wallet is closing' is irrelevant.

solution:

offer a 1:10000 coin swap to a chain with 1:10000 less supply, retain your exchange listings

no coin needs more than a billion supply as decimals exist and it actually places decent projects sub-satoshi,
also in the grip of flippers. once below 20 sat it is difficult to recover as a project.

example: you could instead mint 1 token.... and trade fractions of that token that is .99999999 tokens... before you even
consider adding a decimal place later on with your early dream of 'one token per person on early' realizing if adopted.

you just suffered from over supply... so instead of giving up on exchange listings and your community,
why not just reissue the chain and offer a swap. release a snapshot date where people hold their life tokens in ETHEREUM address.

et cetera.

hope you're well, i'm not invested, just a suggestion as i've watched this project for several years be victim to its own over supply.

in your PSA you barely covered the fact that users can store their erc20 tokens, by sending them to their public ethereum address they hold the private key to.

if i didn't know better seeing a rebrand i'd think you were intentionally causing panic fud under adverse conditions,
then maybe come back in 5 months time as if the forced token burn didn't happen through neglegence.

just do a supply/chain swap. fixed.
