The code updated at 06.03 have client version 0.9.6.0 and protocol version 8007. Probably blockchain still unstable; I see connected clients with older wallets: 0.9.4.5 and 0.9.5 the game dev told.me miningpoolhub and supernova are on correct chain. and he will contact you to confirm technical details.
