Yeah, bits is such a logical extension. It would have been interesting to keep going with the SI units, but it clearly will not work for people. Uphill battle that isn't worth it.
+1 bits

The code is available on GitHub, I believe. Could that be what you're looking for?

Anything going on here with this?

It's so strange that TradeFortress is still poking around the forum. Sort of insulting...

He offered me a fraction of the worth using wonky fantasy math, and then disappeared.

Could you switch over to mBTC? Either give the option or make it the default?
Other than that, BitcoinWisdom is my favorite chart site out there!

I have reported this to the Western Australian Police. I'm not going to post any details yet as I'm waiting for things to develop. I'll keep you guys informed of any important developments though.
If anyone has reported a crime to their locals authorities (including within Australia) could you PM me the reference numbers and I'll pass them on to the police.
Thank you!

Is there a place we're aggregating everything we've heard from TradeFortress up until now?
I thought we were being pretty patient, but his one-on-one communication with people is really, really annoying. Just write something on the Coinlenders page.

scousesmoker - His math is extremely misleading and clearly him cutting every possible corner. I was going to settle, but I'm probably not going to anymore. This guy really should be paying this back as long as it takes him.

BCB--
Liver punchin' was a joke to lighten your serious tone. Every account on here isn't Trade Fortress in a mask.
Just wanted to add more scope to the defraudin'. I'm thinkin' I might just accept the money. Because not accepting the money probably won't go anywhere helpful. Worst case scenario, he's not prosecuted and walks away with a LOT of money.

BCB, you may have misinterpreted the post.
I want punch him in the liver over 100 times.
--EDIT-- I should also note, I only had 1.5btc in. I'm in the lower echelon of getting screwed.
But what I'm trying to decide is if I should take it, or not take because of the incredibly unprofessional way he's been acting.

Got my reply finally for 30%. Looks like he's basically offering the value of the money in USD from when it was deposited.

I believe there's a site somewhere that sorts all of the addresses with the most coins.

Hmm, what a bummer. If you had a secure password and they support 2FA, you might want to wonder about the site owner. Is the person running the pool reputable?

Eh, it'll probably hit around 420, and then plummet to like 380. That's my guess. Probably in the next two days.

I've had nothing but good experiences with them. They were the first people I signed up with 4 months ago, and I've never had a problem. Everyone cries "scam" but if you get in contact with them, they honor the transaction and take you off the "risk" list. I think there's just an algorithm lots of folks get caught up in.

I thought XPM was going to be interesting. But it seems to be headed for the earth.
I'm hoping someone figures out a way to mine by using the computing power for something like protein folding.
