Buongiorno community di bitcointalk. Voglio oggi presentarvi il nuovo token immobiliare asquare721 da me creato. Che cos'è un token asquare 721? Un token asquare 721 è un gettone unico che corrisponde a un unico edificio virtuale. L'edificio virtuale può essere texturizzato o può essere rivenduto a prezzi maggiorati. Un edificio puo essere dipinto per diversi motivi: eventi speciali, feste, compleanni o  anniversari, o per sponsorizzare un prodotto. Di base è come una tela da dipingere come si vuole.
Al momento le funzioni dei token asquare721 sono limitate alla sua sola compravendita ma, è in cantiere un ricco set di nuove features che in futuro contribuiranno a spingerne i prezzi al rialzo.

le features sono le seguenti:

1) gli edifici possono essere texturizzati e linkati al sito web che si preferisce (features gia disponibile in modalità preview)
2) verrà introdotto un sistema di trasferimento sicuro.
3) gli edifici potranno essere affittati.
4) gli edifici potranno essere demoliti cosi da avere una zona libera in cui si potrà decidere se costruirne altri di minor o maggior grandezza

penso che, l'utnicità del token e la bassa total supply potrebbero renderlo un buon investimento sopratutto in questo momento in cui ogni token ha lo stesso valore iniziale di 0.016ETH

asquare721 is a decentralized virtual real estate token. What is an asquare token? an asquare token is an unique ERC721 token which corresponds to an unique virtual building. You can paint your building and link it to your website or simply you can decide to resell it to the highest bidder.

Then the property of a token allows you to own a virtual building with a practical purpose, that is to use it to advertise yourself, your company or whatever you prefer, or simply you can buy and resell it like a virtual asset.

at the moment the token functions are limited. You can buy and resell it at the price you prefer, but there is a rich set of features that are in the pipeline to be implemented:

1. buildings that can be painted and linked to the site that you prefer (ONLY IN PREVIEW MODE NOW)
2. free secure transfer to other people

3. rentable buildings

4. demolished buildings, so as to be able to rebuild more or less buildings in the same owned area
