I am not trying to create any coins, I am just trying to understand the tech behind those coins and what makes them better from their competitors...

which are tech/programming heavy like Raiblocks or Spectre coin? Is there any shortcut or basic things that a person with non programming background learn so that he can compare the coin with its competitors and analyse its future success. Help a noob out.......

to the point where there wont be any new coins that will have mooning potential. I am asking this because currently I dont have enough money to make huge profits since I am a college student. What if I started investing heavily in coins in 2021. Will there be any new coins with mooning potential in that year(and in coming years)
