The Problem is, i did the Claim online in 12 April 17. Till now i got zero Mails.

I think my Claim got lost in the Internet or they deleted it immediately...

I just wrote an E-Mail to them again with all the documents i already sent them on 12 April.

But iam sure they wont reply....

I also had some Altcoins on the side.

I registered for the class action in early 2017. After that i heard nothing until today. I have sent a mail die cryptosettlement with the case-number in December. Unfortunately nobody answers ....

Why they cant just send my Altcoins to my other Altcoin account?

Does anyone have an idea what i can do there?

ich hatte auch noch einige Altcoins auf der Seite und der Wert ist ja heute auch nicht gerade gesunken....

Ich hatte mich Anfang 2017 bei der Sammelklage angemeldet. Ich hatte bis heute nichts mehr gehört.

Dann habe ich mich mit der Nummer Anfang Dezember bei denen per Mail gemeldet. Leider antwortet da niemand....

Es sollen damals ja auch "nur" Bitcoins gestohlen worden sein. Warum können die dann nicht einfach meine Altcoins auf ein anderes Altcoin Konto schicken`??

Die können ja nicht einfach meine Coins zu Geld machen und nicht mehr antworten....

Hat jemand noch eine Idee was man da machen kann?
