Core devs will act when they absolutely have to. Surely they won't risk losing out purely through ignorance & refusal to change.
Hahahahahahahahaha, you're a funny guy! Cheesy

I saw this earlier and hope/think Greg will reconsider and keep fighting the good fight against Gavin's minions.

This is not LOTR, nor Warcraft. Genuine people have genuine disagreements. There are no minions.... on Gavin's side.

There are. Only on Gavin's side. He's trying to increase the size of blocks which breaks Bitcoin. He's some sort of socialist, corrupted by the CIA or went crazy but what he's doing is fighting Bitcoin. There is no logical reason to choose for bigger blocks other a strive for centralization, control by the government and the loss of utility of Bitcoin itself (and in effect a loss off value). He's advocating changes which make my holdings worth less. That makes you my enemy.

The shill is strong in this one

it has a certain beauty to it...

yes lets all rush in any buy and happily forget
....that other posters recently highlighted the operation of bots working hard
....that many exchanges operate insider trading
......that bitcoin bounces down as hard as it bounces up eg 31 to 2, 1100 to 250

but if you gotta buy you gotta buy. good luck.

Prepare your anus, green dildo coming in ....

After starting buying bitcoin in September 2013 at 130$, all the way up to 1200$. Then accumulating further all the way down .... if it keeps the pace I will finally reach break even in about .... 10 minutes Cheesy

Feelsgoodman!

9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the downsides to 8MB blocks? on: August 12, 2015, 10:21:58 PM
8MB per 10 minutes is about 13.6 KB/s. What was the problem again?

Not that I think that simply increasing the block size limit to 8MB is a good solution (I'd rather see something more dynamic) but if 13.6 KB/s is actually a problem, maybe you should fix your internet, rather than debate over Bitcoin.

Miners cant wait 10 minutes to have their newly mined block trasfered to the next node.

But they can wait 1.25 minutes to have their newly mined block trasfered to the next node?

YOU HAD ENOUGH TIME TO BUY!!!
Nah, money only drips slowly here.

How slowly?
Just a drip every month Wink

Good luck with buying. I'm on the train since 2011.
I'm on since September 2013, so yeah, slowly but steadily.

I gave my sister $130 to buy me some coins at $3 in 2011 but she didn't do it Sad
Women, eh? I hope she liker her new shoes ;P

EDIT: Gerade gehts ganz schön fix runter. Ich bleib bei meiner Theorie... Wink
