Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

Unfortunately it's not so easy to find reliable VPN, I use mullvad and it's quite good, but there are lots of VPNs out there which is better to avoid. Fake services, slow ones and even the ones which spy on you. I hope decentralized VPNs based on blockchain technology will be implemented...I saw MYST was working on something, but it looks to take forever to implement it...
Sure it's not reliable to use VPN on "bitcoin stuff" so as i was thinking it comes down to saying "it depends on how you will use it" or we could've just use http ehi(or make your own ehi) or shadowshocks server if you're not satisfied using vpn. |

But we will all raise to higher levels, it just takes some time  We just needed time a dedication to get that level we want and I see it as a challenge but i don't think bout that clearly i think what we need to think about is why we join here and what we will do, so as far as i know this is a community that needed to be contributed such useful information. |
