BUT:

All new users have a payout limit of 0, so if you want a higher limit, you will need to write a support ticket.

It's been 5 days since I wrote a support ticket to increase the payout limit from 0 to 5000 ripples. Nothing happens and it seems like nothing will happen anymore.

I hope it's not a scam. Has anyone experienced how long it takes to raise the limit?
