I've taken your advice and re-branded the site. Now it's cryptissimo.com
I didn't have much luck with the Telegram groups, though. Do you have any further advice?

Have a look at http://www.cryptissimo.com and tell us if you find it useful.

It's currently a personal project and this is an alpha version, i.e. not even a beta version yet. I've got lots of things in mind that could be added to the service but would like to see what people think first and hopefully get some suggestions.

If there is anything unclear, do ask. You can do it either here or in the subreddit which I freshly created https://www.reddit.com/r/Cryptissimo/.

That's a good idea!

I am not worried about the name. It's not an exchange and I am not taking people's money  Wink

I am developing http://crypsy.org. It is a website that sends Telegram notifications about changes in the crypto markets. You can set up notifications on a per market basis.

What would be the most efficient way to make people aware of its existence?

I've spent more than a month now working on this project. It's supposed to be a flexible crypto notification service. The idea is to have many types of signals for which you can receive notifications. You can set up notifications for individual markets of your choice from six exchanges. Currently, Telegram is the only supported notification medium.

The "roadmap" is to add many more types of signals (your input on these will be greatly appreciated) and also other notification mediums, e.g. Messenger, Viber etc. Please tell me what you like and more importantly what you don't like about it.

Oh, and here is the link: http://crypsy.org/

You may be interested in http://crypsy.org/
You can create Telegram notifications for individual coin markets and set different conditions for when to be notified.

A bit late to the party but in case someone is still looking you can try http://crypsy.org/
They seem to be new but I like their approach.
