Well, they did announce before and let people withdraw their funds. It is very odd, yes but they gave everyone to withdraw their belongings.

C-cex exchange in on the scene since so many years now, Yuri is a honest and serious dev so please newbies calm down.
As stated in his post the "vacation limited time" will end on 20th of January.

This is good to hear. Can you honestly vouch for the guy? I ask because I want to pick up some XBY at a major discount here but I'm afraid of the risk.

So I was finally able to log in after using a VPN. Not sure why. My coins are still there.

Guys. I'm really worried. I had 50k XBY in C-CEX and now I can't log in. Whenever I enter the 2FA it takes me straight back to the log-in page. Did anyone resolve this issue??
