When I found a block in the beginning I was getting around 1-5 xre when the net had only a total hash rate of 30MH and even now @ this high nethashrate i'm still getting the same or even 0.2 xre at times. There is not even one that paid the full amount or even got close to it.

Oh really?  Iquidus Explorer doesn't care if the coin is new.  It's a setting in the settings.json file.  Richlist just needs to be set to "true"
