I had ~15 refunds set to send, and blew up my windows install. Should only take me 1-2 hours to reinstall and update armory from a backup (I learned!), so some refunds will go out later tonight.
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE? I HAVE 2 ORDERS FOR A TOTAL OF 4 BLACK ARROW PROSPERO X-3's. BOBSAG3 DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS LIKE HE SHOULD VIA EMAIL. SOMEONE FILL ME IN HERE PLEASE. WHAT ARE ALL THESE REFUND REQUESTS ABOUT? Delivery is significantly delayed (May?). Mum on what exactly is being done to compensate for the delay, aside from refunds -1.5% as stated in original terms. M There has actually been an update to the compensation. What products are delay? Why are they delayed? You said "(May?)" but where does that month come from? Is that May for the first batch? Thanks.

BOBSAG3 - You REALLY need to communicate with your customers better. SEND AN EMAIL TO ALL CUSTOMER EXPLAINING WHAT HAS HAPPENED.
Be sure to include the following - as customer should NOT have to hunt and peck through 50ish pages of stuff to understand what is going on.
1) Seem genuine. 2) Tell them What Black Arrow products are delayed. 3) Why they are delayed. 4) How much they are delayed. 5) What you are offering to resolve the issue and what choices the customer has.
Doing the above is good business sense. Be OPEN, HONEST AND PROACTIVE.
The bitcointalk forum IS NOT an ideal place for proactive resolutions.

Black Arrow is failing to meet the shipping date due to (real reason here and not "aliens abducting the CEO of Black Arrow"). It appears that the Black Arrow productions mentioned earliest shipping date is now going to be May? (or correct estimated date).
As I know that this presents challenges and business challenges for some of you, I am offering (state what you are offering and present all options for customer. Clearly state concessions.)

I know I can buy from Bitcoin from USD using Coinbase instantly but if I sell Bitcoin, the only option is to send it to the bank account. I wish I could just hold USD in Coinbase.
Anyone know of a trusted service I can buy/sell Bitcoin to USD at a moments notice and hold funds in either USD or Bitcoin?

How does one get ahold of bobsag3? other than a public message board.
I have ordered and private messaged him about said order but have not heard from him.

Even last night Windows (or MultiMiner) "forgot" 2 asicminers. I woke up to find that 2 of them had the dreaded solid green light, turned on my monitor and sure enough, 2 of them stopped working for no apparent reason. I unplugged them and they are now running on my Bitminter / Mac just fine so it is not the devices themselves.
Thank you I will try updating the drivers.

I am having trouble with MultiMiner (or Windows) finding all erupter devices. It finds only 7 of the 10. I have already tried unplugging the erupter from the USB hub and plugging back in and also scanning hardware again. No luck.
I just began to use MultiMiner and came from Bitminter.
Bitminter on Mac had NO issue finding all devices and it working perfectly. Bitminter on Windows also had challenges finding all devices, so therefore I am guessing that it may not be MultiMiner but Windows issue.
Anyway, any suggestions?
