2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SMOS, BAMT, PiMP - Which USB-Mining-Distributions ??? on: May 19, 2014, 08:48:27 PM
I prefer PiMP.  Really easy to get going.  Install to USB and putty in to ip, edit each of the .conf files for each type of algo you plan on running.  Then it becomes as easy as selecting the algo and clicking restart from the web interface.  Linux newbie here too.

Ordered a Gridseed Blade Plus (5Mh+)

Order is now marked as Awaiting Shipment

What exactly does this mean?  I see it is now out of stock.

Terk, why are some miners not being reported on the All Active Users page??  Such as this one:

http://www.clevermining.com/users/1BT9cPLGRep7nXnvo9JoXn6H7sSd5Em2WE

And in this clevermining payout transactions, a payment of 25.01196375 BTC (approx $14,000.00 USD) to an address that does not even appear under individual miner stats:

It is a 37.68105879 BTC transaction occurring March 27, 2014 1:32am, but the web site reports it as only 12.66769504 BTC.

Did you check the other btc address?  It is paying out more Clevermining accounts from it.

The diff of 512 is way to low for my rigs. Please raise to 8192 or 16384.

lol

You sure you are looking at Blocks or Shifts.  I don't see a block found yet, just 4 shifts complete.

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Problems with powercooler R9 280x on: March 11, 2014, 12:28:57 AM
did you undervolt down to 1.1v.  I wasn't able to get to "thread-concurrency" : "20800", until then.  Hashrate didn't change much between 11200 and 20800.

Try backing down the "thread-concurrency" by multiples of 64 and see if that helps

Glad you could get to 700khs.  i was fighting it for a while too.

also "thread-concurrency" : "20800", was at 11200 prior to undervolting

Here are my settings for my powercolor R9 280x.  I have also set the voltage set at 1.1v

Was getting 715+Kh/s prior to setting voltage lower but temps were always running high.

Lowered the voltage to 1.1v and now fans run about 40% at 70c and get 710Kh/s and a lot less power at the wall.
