I have a question regarding BNB's market cap:
Why does coinmarketcap calculate BNB's market cap based on 99m circulating supply instead of 199m total supply? If I understand correctly, the 100m difference are the number of BNB that the founders and angel investors are holding and they are vested as per their whitepaper. Nevertheless, I would assume the market cap should be calculated based on the total number of BNB and should therefore be already around USD 3bn and not USD 1.5bn as stated on coinmarketcap. Any views?
On another note, can the Binance team please explain why the quarterly token dividends only burn the 100m ICO tokens but not the 100m founder/angel investor tokens? This is at least how it shows up on coinmarketcap and if this is correct it can be seen as an unfair enrichment of the founders to the disadvantage of all other investors. I would be grateful if the Binance team can clarify this point.
